I would be hugely impressed by the balls of Cover to shitcan the segregation for EN and risk irreparably altering the culture of the branch

If they do we might get some pretty entertaining collabs out of it. Some of the streams with nina and the boys sre quite entertaining. But I like dirty jokes and unseiso conversation so mysta and nina talking about tenga was pretty funny.

Hololive mixed collabs are likely going to be different considering the cleaner style they go for.

Is it wierd that scuffed up age is my favourite of the bunch?
Nah, it's a really fresh sound coming from her. I'd dare say it's the most "pop" and "mainstream" sounding song out of the album. Which isn't bad - it's got some nice hooks, the mixing is great and it's a nice showcase of her voice's higher/upper range. It's one of the three songs out of the album that I've been mainly cycling through ('Resting Power' and 'Ouroboros' being the others).

Yugo hasn't backfired for EN at all, though. The first two post-debut streams were delayed by like 20 minutes but the streams themselves were very smooth.

Most, if not all, of the original Nijisanji members had basically no streaming experience either. They aren't going to look at Yugo take a week off and suddenly think they need to change course in VTA.

This much was always obvious. You can't compete with NijiEN with non-fujo Brotubers. There just isn't a big enough market for that.

The funny thing is that Cover is inviting another unhinged chink fanbase to them for the sake of competing. Western fujos are broke as fuck. Keeping the genders separate may be best for maintaining unicorns, but it also reinforces the idol culture stereotype rather than smashes it, and the people in the middle who don't care are not going to get their Male/Female dynamics.

I would be hugely impressed by the balls of Cover to shitcan the segregation for EN and risk irreparably altering the culture of the branch.
Mio said that Hololive is not traditional idol but rather Seiyuu Idol. There are a tiny door in the corner for female-male dynamic and so far in the JP seiyuu idol scene, I can only see Tsugux2 x Kayanon as the most popular (1 data point) or how the Uchida siblings dynamic (extremely niche that borderline Oreimo theme).

The most popular is still yuribait like YuiKaori or heck a pair as old as Yukari x Yui. The moment those famous Seiyuu get married (out of the blue) or come out to the light, their sale "magically" drop like the case of HanaKana (Whose agency force her to sell NFT to try to cash in on her remnants of popularity) or Taketatsu Ayana ( whose agency probably follow the same).

Another equally popular is the fujobait bromance between Sugibro and Nakamura (actually the only pair whose can freely interact with women while maintaining a large fujos fanbase simply because 2 guys living together).

The only time I can see how COVER can "smashed" the wall of separation is to have the stars either go balls deep into the fujo so much (borderline Sugibro and Nakamura) that their interaction with female talents seems "not as good as" between male talents and does not seem forced. Friend with her servant Oga is so forced that it actually hurt Oga grow vs helping him. Another way is to have the boys 100% going for that online musical band thing that had been quite popular on NND ages ago.

Isn't gura's diet and physical health godawful? How does she stay energetic? Would seem like her body is inflamed to all hell by what she describes
Red Bull and sugary drinks, lot's of it.

There is a reason for the meme that "Korone could beat the crap of everyone in Hololive in a fist fight", Hag is ripped

also, from the same animator

you may see some disruptions to your JP chuuba schedules, Seems lingering effects from the earthquake last week are causing power issues and in some areas voluntary periods of power outage to conserve electricity. Seen a few girls moving streams around on their schedule already because of it.

Seems like we're already seeing it affect some; Iofi was supposed to have a collab with Ruri but has been delayed to the 31st. Kinda sucks given the increased attention on her atm.
