I'm not sure, the connection seems really tenuous to me. The dox spends most of its time connecting the PL Twitter to that Niji SEEDs girl, and when it's trying to connect TMSK to them it's just "She likes smoking and board games, plus sounds vaguely like her." If it's true that she's Nukao then jesas she's been in the game since 2018.

Regardless, the post reminded me that Tomoshika released a video at the beginning of the year that she had quit smoking (禁煙) for 10 days
I searched 禁煙 on her Twitter and she seems to be sticking with it.

Based on the webpage design, this website should be coming from a taiwan website called komica (https://www.komica.org/) similar to 5ch or 4chan. Although taiwanese hate simplified chinese in certain board, but I doubt the vtuber board will have such issues. There is other SEA netizens that speak or use simplified chinese browing this board. Also, you can quickly translate the traditional chinese word in the webpage into simplified chinese word with google translate.

It could also be a streaming rights thing. I know Pekora couldn’t keep streaming Pokémon Arceus because the time frame in which they were allowed to stream the game ran out.

Which also may explain why Hololive members are all streaming the same games sometimes. They have a limited time frame in which to do so.

You know, there’s a thread going around on Twitter about “whitewashing bad, blackwashing good!” In regards to anime fanart(I only saw it because a blck artist I follow was tearing the argument a new one). I wonder if this is an offshoot of that.

EDIT: wait a fucking minute, her Twitter handle is literally a reference to the “space buns” ANimal Crossing/Twitter controversy. This person is even more full of it.
