there’s a twitter wordcloud bot, not sure if you need to be logged into the account to use it though.
Ahem:

He’s literally up in the middle of the night, every night, tweeting.

I love how stalker just jumps out of the picture.
That’s because it’s literally the most frequently tweeted word from this tub o’lard’s account. I was shocked child didn’t make an appearance. (It may have been filtered out; the word wrong definitely should have been included in that word cloud, too.)

it isn't an appeal as in taking it to a higher appellate court, it's a De Novo Review hearing which Fatrick can get upon request for free, no question asked, as if the original hearing didn't happen almost.

757.69(8) (8) Any decision of a circuit court commissioner shall be reviewed by the judge of the branch of court to which the case has been assigned, upon motion of any party. Any determination, order, or ruling by a circuit court commissioner may be certified to the branch of court to which the case has been assigned, upon a motion of any party for a hearing de novo.

"A de novo hearing is a new hearing of a matter, conducted as if the original hearing had not taken place."
Is anyone allowed to bring additional evidence? Any evidence at all for Pat, or additional evidence of Pat's fat womanliness for Andrew. Usually appeals of most kinds are limited to what's already on the record, aren't they?

Also, Andrew should really get the order shrunk down, laminated and embossed with "license to enter hooligans any fuckin time I want"

Can you tell if someone has Twitter Blue? Reason I ask is a few people I know who work or have worked at Twitter indicated to me that despite the public being told Twitter Blue users only receive expedited support services on subscription related issues (which doesn't make much sense to note anyway - nobody other than Twitter Blue users HAVE subscriptions) that they are most certainly prioritized over Joe Schmoe. Further, they doubt Patrick himself has any internal white knight (which I would agree with, given his lack of appeal as a person) and that if it isn't due to him paying for Twitter Premium Gold+, it's due to the SFWA's general support clique within Twitter's HQ.

As the reply you quoted intimated, a de novo review can be viewed as a new trial in many regards. As a result, it doesn't depend solely on the record and while the rules differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, there's much broader latitude for new arguments to be made and evidence to be introduced than in any other type of appeal proceeding.

It depends quite a bit on the situation and the specific court but recently the Supreme Court has been siding on expanding the power of de novo reviews to accept new evidence in more and more situations. In the last decade they strongly strengthened the power of such reviews in civil patent litigation, for example. It's not an appeal. He posted the definition of a de novo hearing in his reply, but just to reiterate it's a completely fresh chance to make his case.

Will he do it? IDK maybe. I doubt it. Will he make a good case? No lol. He fucked it up before because he's stupid, he'll fuck it up again. This dude didn't know that if you want people to give testimony you need to have them appear in court.

Is there a quick way to get an average word count of a person's tweets? Multiplying that by his average daily tweet count should give us a pretty good idea of how many shitty books of time he's wasted arguing with rascals

Without knowing if there's an existing software that does this and without resorting to coding a solution using APIs, one easy way to do this would be to take a random sample of a decent number of his tweets and find their average word count, then determine his estimated total words produced. I'd be happy to do this over the weekend as well as see if there's an utility that can calculate it for us based off of existing hooks into Twatter.

EDIT: I can say it would only take about 400 tweets, randomly selected, to get a good estimate of his average word count per tweet for a 95% confidence level at +/- 5% MoE. I'll definitely knock it out this weekend if I can't find a good API for doing it.

Fuck it, I went ahead and did the rough and dirty calculation. I downloaded 3200 of Pat's most recent tweets, which isn't random but probably random enough given the distribution I found on them and another random selection of 500 from the whole population.

At a 99% confidence interval and a MoE of 2.3%, we find that his average word count is just over 19 words a tweet. We'll assume he doesn't have many deleted tweets relative to his total tweet count, given his lack of shame. This yields just over 3 million words (3,025,475 to be precise) and, assuming the average 300 page book has 90,000 words, he's wasted 33 books' worth of words on Twatter.

An immense loss to humanity, to be sure.

EDIT: Not much to see but uploaded the 3200 tweets with the calculations just to make sure I didn't fuck anything up.

EDIT 2: Using a more conservative measure of 500 words to a page, we come to the conclusion that he's only written twenty one 300 page works. (25 tweets to a page at roughly 500 words per 25 tweets, so 7500 tweets per book. 159k tweets divided by 7500 tweets per book yields 21.2 or 21 books.)

EDIT 3: Final edit but FUCK I would be pissed if I were Quasi. If he put even just 3% of his Twitter effort into writing he could have put out a book dedicated entirely to paying back some of what he owes that man. What a useless human being. He isn't too good for Target; Target was too good for him.

So this dumb cunt told a judge that mean people on the internet made up a story about him killing black children and grinding them into sausage? He said this out loud?
:sighduck:
I wish the judge had asked Fat if he’d brought any free samples of his pepperoni with him to share. “I’ve heard so much about it!”

He's actually admitted it on his twitter at least once.

So he isn't deluded (about this), he understands that he lost and owes the money. He just doesn't want to lose face in front of his hundred or so legitimate followers. This is how much twitter has rotted his brain.
I think the one thing bigger than his sagging gut is his ego. If he'd just shut his mouth, pay Quasi, and ignore those rascally trolls, all his problems would go away. But his elephantine ego simply will not let it slide. He'll be damned if he lets his blanket talk shit about him!

Thanks again for doing that; I used your numbers to ensure my sample matched his overall writing sufficiently enough that it could be considered close to a 1:1 stand-in for a random sample.

That said, unless I'm missing something, this doesn't actually give the average or total word count. I tried to calculate it myself using the site but sadly it uses your Twitter account for this purpose and I just logged in to this lovely image on my own:

Not sure if this is right but you could use it to crunch the numbers:

Based on how Patrick fails every single time at not responding on Twitter and text messages. I have to wonder how he responds to bullshit robo calls.

He apparently doesn't understand how the block feature works on phone numbers and shit. Does he start sperging out at some random Indian dude calling about his car mortgage?
He posted this screenshot on his website once to show that the cyberterrorists were signing him up for mailing lists:

You can see he argues with the Stormfront and Conservativ mailbots.

Wait....he's in Utah? Oh PLEASE COME NORTH FAT. LET ME SEE YOU IN PERSON!

I think you have to send him a photo of your drivers licence first. Godspeed!

Pat should not be inflicting himself on his daughter.

Yeah, I feel uneasy when the rascals encourage him to contact his daughter. I hope the legal deal made for him to fuck off is watertight. Imagine being young and impressionable and meeting *that*, and realising that he’s responsible for 50% of your genetics.

This is why I am sure that if he gets a second trial, he will take the wrong lesson from the previous one and be more bloviating and theatric. He's going to use it as an opportunity to yell a picture at the judge.
