reddit General

I like how upset he is about the website that tells you if you're in a dangerous vax batch or not. Does he not know that this is exclusively based on drug company statistics for adverse events? All those deaths and injuries can be meticulously fact-checked if he wants.

The level of hall monitoring to prevent inconvenient facts from being seen is beautiful. Especially since even reddit doesn't care to help him.

Forgot to post this one from the covid mod thread. Everyone is dogpiling him but this is the only sane comment.

>Reddit can pay a fact checking service
Considering what happened to r/antiwork when they were highlighted by FOX News, I would have to respectfully disagree with that.

On the topic of "Fact Checking" Meta just admitted in court, (because theyre greasy faggots) that their own checks are actually just opinions, not facts.

So any who claims to be a "Fact Checker" can be safely ridiculed and bullied.

r/TheRightCantMeme has apparently run out of stuff to flail autistically about, so they’ve recently begun just posting Conservapedia articles.

I have a feeling more than half of the posters on r/therightcantmeme, r/forwardsfromklandma, etc. are obviously all /pol/ posters or lurkers who simply want to see the reactions from Redditors on the latest /pol/ maymay.

The other half are completely and utterly unaware of it and they just take the bait, which is pretty funny tbh.

"Oh my God, look at how evil and racist this meme is! Truly awful huh?" They know what they're doing...
As I said they have countless of threads of just pointing out how there's alot of left leaning actors in right wingers memes. They treat it like a got you moment. But I think right wingers don't care if Robert De Nio is in their meme and (since at this point De Nio is known for his politics) probably don't care that he's a leftie because it's a meme and no one puts that much thoughts into it unless your a redditer apparently.

Ironically this very tactic is the critical conclusion of Situationist (read: anti-mass media marxist) author Guy Debord in his book "The society of the spectacle". The idea is known as detournement, and is the strategy of "turning expressions of the capitalist system and its media culture against itself".

The irony comes from the fact that right wingers, by necessity of the nature of hollywood, practice detournement far more often than any supposed marxist.

Someone posted a picture of her battered face from domestic abuse on r/pics which was already schizo enough, another redditor pops up and whines about trigger warnings

Heh I wonder why they're not as sympathetic when people post about powerjanny Bardfinn's domestic abuse charges
Is the term domestic abuse not enough of a warning?
