Damn, he just has no look of health to him at all, that is a person who feels terrible inside. The lurid, fake contact lenses (look carefully), the clearly unwashed and dry skin (that's a ROUGH 30), the badly done makeup, the pale lips meaning low iron (he probably has zero stamina even if he could exercise with the downstairs disaster), the thinning hairline, sparse eyebrows despite the makeup - especially on the outer third meaning thyroid issues, the general look of misery...
