I only did a quick search of Pulte, and here's a Mother Jones article about him. His grandfather was a real estate mogul. While I saw mentions of "donations" in 2019, it appears that he upped his operations during the beginning of the pandemic. That woman that showed her Paypal transaction is the only one I've seen that actually received anything. I noticed a mention of "filling out tax forms" which means that money isn't "free" by any means. It's like Oprah and her cars. Everyone gets a car, but also a massive tax bill.
