Imagine how bad his medical care would be if it was free. You get what you pay for.

As a guy who comes from a country with socialized healthcare which is also corrupt to the core, all I can tell you is that we basically have a covert version of America's healthcare system anyway. My dad urgently needed heart surgery a decade ago, "urgent" apparently means a year and 9 months because that's how long the waiting list was for him to get in line. However we have found out that the surgeon was a sommelier so we gave him 4 bottles of our homemade wine and accidentally left a wad of cash on his desk during one visit and wouldn't you know it, my dad was really lucky, suddenly an opening CAME OUTTA NOWHERE and he'd have the surgery in just 5 months! Funny how things work huh?
