A lot of these well off kids don't even know they're well off.

You'll see them talking about being broke but that's only because they had to dip into their savings to pay rent that month, while making the money back somehow soon after. They don't seem to get that many people don't even have a savings account or people that they can ask for financial help/loans.

I went to school with a lot of kids who came from families wealthy enough to pay for their cars and phone bill while they were at university, but not wealthy enough to pay their whole tuition so they had to get student loans. They thought that meant they were poor.

They'd always bitch about it to the students who were 100% on financial aid, a pay as you go phone, no car and eating from the food bank

Every woman in my family did something for the war effort in WWII. They weren't shooting down Jap planes, but they were still doing important work stateside to keep the boys alive.

i don't disagree, what with trannies in the military, why not? Hell, i'm even for women in all forward combat roles that they can qualify for, I have no doubt they absorb punji sticks, bullets, and landmine shrapnel just as good as a man. They're equal now, right? I want to see that "equal representation" i keep hearing folks screeching for.
