The Oscars are going to be partly hosted by Amy Schumer, a relative of Chuck Schumer who is a high ranking Democrat. This kind of third world nepotism look makes America look like a total joke. The connection and control between the cultural institutions and political institutions is total. They may as well just rebrand the Oscars as the Democratic National Convention. He better start off his address with something like "Dear millionaire pedophiles, imagine if getting young women to suck your cock for favors was made impossible because the women left the country".
[Amy] Schumer's father was born to a Jewish family from Ukraine.
[Chuck's] ancestors originated from the town of Chortkiv, Galicia, in what is now western Ukraine.
Hello fellow Goyim

It will work in the short term, but the Euro's will dig in and not renew Russian contracts. The contracts were in Euros, not dollars btw. They will find new sources and make hard choices. Even the German Greenfags put nuclear back on the table, so this move will likely make that previously impossible move possible. Spite is a powerful weapon after all.
Relying on the german greenfags to use common sense and effective choices is a long shot. They're self hating cucks. I'm not even pro Russia and I hope the Germans freeze.

Was bound to happen sooner or later. An export-based gas station economy does not create jobs and is unsustainable in the long run, so I am tempted to view this as a chance to build something better. A small chance which is more likely to be messed up rather than not, but it would be just as likely to get messed up if the separation happened 5, 10 or 15 years later. Europe was jabbering A LOT about going green by 2030-2040.

I'm tired of proclaiming doom, so I will just once permit myself a dose of copium and say we'll build ourselves a Siberian Orthodox Wakanda with lapta and convent nuns.

Russia had a real chance to move away from resource extraction between 2008 and 2014, but Putin decided to go the easy way and promote shit he can control. It's a real shame, because Russia is/was incredibly well educated, and inherited an amazing education system from the Soviet days. It honestly breaks my heart to watch this happen, because I know Russia is capable of so much more.

Why would you let your troops bring devices like that into war especially foreign territory where they would roam on Ukrainian networks providing Ukraine location data? Terrible opsec. Also unless there was no password they would have had to pick up a call, in which case you would think Ukraine would have banned Russian phones from roaming in Ukraine. This story doesn't seem to add up. But imagine a future where you get drone stuck by an autonomous drone because some zoomer in your battalion's phone pings starlink for a tiktok notification and it sends the data back to the CCP and it gets forwarded to the drone which uses your gps data to send a missile your way.
The video is also potent propaganda, to cement hatred towards the Ukrainian military.

If it was Ukrainian propaganda, a better approach would be to coldly inform the girlfriend that he was killed and they recovered his phone. Then abruptly hang up (rinse and repeat)

Another possibility is a shift in focus away from eastern europe and towards central and east asia.
And this will put them into conflict with China, especially since most Asian tend to be more friendly towards Russian than the Chinks. Honestly, I hope this happen since it would he hilarious
Putin isn't gonna withdraw from Ukraine. He's likely going to hold the southern half of Ukraine due to its pro-Russian sympathies. More importantly, he cannot afford to just withdraw to Donbas, he needs to at least gain something from this. Putin will likely withdraw forces from the north and focus on the south (as he has now said), Which is what he probably should have done in the first place. Russia has enough to manage and supply a frontline from the south. The Ukrainians wouldn't advance onto Russian territory due to the resulting full-scale Russian mobilization, Ukraine is also trying to appeal to the Russian masses, and invading Russian territory would likely make this considerably harder.
Ukraine won't invade Russian territory, but they sure as hell will move to take back Donbass and possibly even Crimea. Zelenskiy have declared now they won't accept any compromise that includes any territorial loss for Ukraine, so there's that as well
Rouble regained about 10% of its value after Putin proclaimed he will no longer sell gas for American dollars. God only knows if his plan will actually work, but the sight of European leaders running in circles crying "nooo you cannot do this, it would BYPASS SANCTIONS and BREAK THE CONTRACT" was hilarious. Apparently refusing to pay for the gas does not break the contract, so Russia was supposed to keep pumping it for free until they saw fit to unfreeze Russian bank accounts some time twenty years in the future, if then.
It won't work. Scholz have rejected it, citing the contracts also binds what currency will be used. If anything, this will only serves as a weapon by those who wanted to completely cut off trade with Russia. What gain the currency had because of the order have now vanished

Well, yeah. And now we are literally left with no other choice, so better late than never I guess?

Let him freeze then and see if I care. We're fucked, so he's welcome to lay on a bed of nails, too.

Vlad "falling down some stairs" would probably be good for Russia in the long run. Russia has made many great contributions to world culture as a whole but sadly they've often been hampered by trash governments more than the average country.

The real worry is that someone worse will probably replace him.

Speaking of propaganda, what did Best Korea mean by this?

Edit: apparently there are more videos.

Full Video of Dear Leader Kim.

Hard to imagine someone being worse than Putin. Even shitbags like Xi don't go around around committing economic suicide to the extant they will basically be entirely dependent on one or two countries for their economy to not completely collapse.

I suspect even the yes men tried to warn Putin that it won't be as easy as he thought it would, but he wanted none of it, and now we're a month into this "Special Military Operation" with no end in sight.
