If her intent is to have Ralph prosecuted, then she shouldn't post anything. Nor should she tell people what she has.

He will face no legal consequences for this. Realistically speaking, #MeToo and #BelieveAllWomen seriously fucked up all future rape allegations, especially in red states, because the movement was immediately abused by too many attention seeking fake rape victims with an axe to grind. However, Ralph also can't prove that he didn't do it. Not being able to prove you didn't do something is absolutely worthless in a criminal trial, but he also won't be able to sue people for talking about it or thinking he's a rapist.

The problem for the Ralphamale here isn't legal because as others have pointed out there's probably very little concrete evidence aside from them being in the same location on certain nights. Ralph now gets to deal with the social stigma of being a suspected rapist. And you don't even need to #believeallwomen to think that. If an upstanding, gentle, caring, considerate man was accused of rape by a crazy whore you'd never believe it. Ralph is a known gambling addict, alcoholic, drug abuser, womanizer, deadbeat dad, etc. It's not that big of a stretch to add rapist on to his many titles
Yeah that's about a month before -- I'm gonna check up tomorrow because it's far too late but it'd be interesting to see when they totally drop off each other's social media radar. The three of them.
