Receipts of gifts and other purchases Ralph made for her would really bolster the claim. I absolutely could believe if she was getting him to pay for shit he would expect her to put out and he'd do a 'rakeback' for what he felt he was owed. Texts as well.

Agreed. I also agree even if there is a lack of evidence to nail a conviction on this, what is there and provable is enough for the suspended sentence to kickover to an active sentence. Alice would have a guarenteed win if she pushed for it even if not specifically for what happened to her.
Now here is the problem... How do you convince someone who got hacked live on air and knows they will have all the people who she considers friends (they aren't and we all know that but from her point of view) that she should actually press a charge against these people?
People like her usually just want it to go away and attempt to ghost. What she doesn't realize is just like Ralph showing up out of nowhere, these people (all of them) will keep pestering and presuring to get what they want. If they aren't doing it themselves they use a proxy, like how Corrin pressured her to "fix" issues with Ralph because Ralph went after Corrin and made his problem with Alice Corrin's problem.
She knows for a fact they will lash out and cover up for one another, so she is legit scared and for good reason. People like this get their victims to shut up by making them think taking action will make it worse. In reality her pressing charges dropping the info is the only way to get people like this to actually stop pestering you. In Ralphs mind all he's thinking is he is one drunk/high and Amazon trinket spree purchase away from his threesome with Alice.
I honestly think she's going to try and just let it go (which would be a mistake). She is a low self esteem alcoholic/recreational drug user they tend to think laying low is less stressful then living with the pain and ghosting. She's far too focused on her online accounts, e celeb friend conections, getting fucked up, and feeling good to realize that the people around her see her as something to use that they can pressure to do what they want. It can be frustrating when they (addicts) can't see the obvious. Ralph will stalk her forever no matter how much she ghosts him and caving to people attacking you only makes them attack you more because they can make you do what they want through negative re enforcement.
But at the end of the day, no one can help someone who doesn't want to help themselves. People like this break my heart because they could take steps to changing so easily, but continue the same poor behaviors even when it hurts them because its what they know and easier to deal with.
