Make sure your paratroopers have support in their drop
Make sure your paratroopers are landing in useful targets
Make sure to not run your supply lines with trucks and fucking timetables

im not trying to pull the "russians are comically incompetent" line, im trying to point out that russias tank and vehicle arsenal is insanely huge. no other military in europe could field even a fraction of what the russians rolled into ukraine with.

Russia's got a huge vehicle force, including the most tanks by far (several thousand more than the US, but that includes old reserve units too), but their casualties still aren't as high as Ukraine or NATO are claiming. I'm not trying to pull a "russia stronk ez win" line myself, but anyone who thinks that Russia's had 40,000+ casualties and thousands of destroyed vehicles to like 5,000 Ukrainians and a few dozen vehicles has their brain turned off. Russia's downplaying its own losses no doubt, but its own estimates are the closest to reality of any so far and the scale of the casualty propaganda is way different.

Russia: We're taking them down without any problems guys, we've had some losses, don't worry about it haha.
Ukraine: Hundreds of millions of Russians confirmed killed by the Ghost of Kyiv, invasion of Moscow imminent.
NATO: Factchecked true and the Ghost of Kyiv is also a black trans woman.

Hell, with the technology available now you can create the illusion of a real person, with a convincing AI generated picture, AI generated bio, and AI generated tweets, all of which will seem real enough without a decent amount of examination.

These bot campaigns have been going since 2015 for sure. People on T_D were quickly pointing out the freshly registered accounts that ran a pattern like [Name][Abbreviated State name: TX as an example][4 Digits] yielding names like ArnoldMS1530 or CatherineFL1943 who would shill for Hillary nonstop in every subreddit for 24 hours a day. You noticed the halfass username of '"Name########" which are all fucking over Twitter. I'm not sure what technology is behind them, something like a GPT-3 situation where its told that its a sports fan and it scrapes RSS feeds of latest of a nearby team to its assigned location to make it appear human when you inspect the timeline. Then its actual programming is to signal boost whatever the Democrat party wants floating. I've not really bothered to look into how these bots decide what to respond to. If I was writing a bot I would have it searching for keywords within a 100 mile radius of its selected city.

Just from openly visible equipment losses, the Russians have lost a fuckload of equipment. 300 tanks, baseline, which is between 10 to 15% of their invasion force, and the most numerous losses comes from their newest stock. That's bad. Really really bad. Russia's casualty estimates are absolute total bullshit, including claiming more drones shot down and more tanks destroyed than Ukraine has in inventory. Ukrainian claims are exaggerated, sure, but the Russian MoD's lying its ass off constantly.

Interesting thanks. Little things like this add a personal touch to the war. I thought the patch looked custom but wasn't expecting a cartoon.

I didn't feel sorry for the dude beforehand but I do a little now. Bet he didn't expect to go out like that anyway
