Well since you’re being upfront, I’ll give slightly more effort. It’s the hypocrisy that’s funny to me. Of course soldiers being executed is horrific by every measure. It’s also horrific to see civilians die from shells landing in their apartment buildings. And to see people cry about Ukraine being monsters for the execution, immediately switch moral compasses and dry hump Russia bombing the cities, there’s something a little amusing about it.
The issue with this line of thinking is that these are two quite disparate things. Regardless of your thoughts on the war, and whether it is justified or not; The Russians must take these cities in order to complete their objectives, and end the conflict.
Ukrainian military units (Primarily niggers like Azov, seemingly.) are occupying the cities, and civilian structures, with no apparent demarcation (Logical, they're basically fortresses.). If some of the stories we've heard are true; they're deliberately attempting to use civilians as some sort of shield. The Ukraine has seemingly not done anywhere near enough to move civilians out of harms' way (As evidenced by their denial of at least one humanitarian ceasefire request from Russia). Russia has broadcast requests for surrender, I should imagine at least partially because they know there are still civilians milling around. I can understand why Ukie units haven't accepted these requests, but if they do refuse, then the Vodka Niggers have to move on to plan B; taking the city by force.
Murdering PoWs takes you no closer to winning the war, and just leads to further deaths with no benefit to anyone.
I haven't really seen anyone enthusiastic about civilian deaths in the same way as people are enthusiastic about the torture and murder of people who are wholly at the mercy of their captors. If Russians were doing the same to Hohol PoWs, or were deliberately shelling humanitarian corridors (Neither of which I've seen actual evidence for, though the former might be believable) then I'd absolutely be saying the same thing about both those troops, and anyone who is legitimately supportive of those actions.
I sympathise with a distaste of hypocrisy, its the reason I'm not exactly sympathetic to The Ukraine (Though obviously I am to their civilians, and broadly to their armed forces... Though not to Azov and similar.).
EDIT: I
So what would you have them do exactly?
Not deny humanitarian ceasefires, and mass-evacuate civilians. The latter isnt exactly a trivial task, but it's what you'd do if you actually cared about their lives.
EDIT: II
They want you to give a reply like you just did.
For me it's like the sperger who spams with copy-pastas; If he does this once in a while then I don't pay attention but if he keeps spamming then I ignore the account. It has no added value so you won't miss a lot.
I'd have assumed they'd want someone to make a really "mad" reply, if that were their goal. I'm not sure if that's what I've delivered.
Either way, even if I'm giving people a "victory" by making a post admonishing demonic behaviour, I'm afraid I'm going to still keep doing it, so long as people aren't being deliberately disingenuous.
EDIT: III
Probably because you need to be in the city to defend it.
Of course, but civilians do not.
