The last of the ID trio is debuting. If I recall them right they said she can sing
Eit: "Graphic design is my passion"

Finally watched the 27 min I missed (2 of which I skipped because it was just the MV, which I realized while watching). She's my favorite of the 3 because she's so talented; she can draw, sing, web design, play multiple instruments, write lyrics, edit, compose music, etc. Along with the fact that she's sweet, insanely creative, cute af like Gura, has the chaotic energy of Ollie, has the thirst of Chloe, really funny meme lord like genmate Zeta. She's a complete package.
Original song in 30 seconds
That was wonderful. Fantastic singing, terrific lyrics, beautiful art, and amazing instrumental. I need a full version

Cover in shambles. Wouldn't be surprised if Yagoo decides to graduate all of HoloEN out of shame

Ollie greets Fulgur on his Bday| Ollie deletes her tweet because people keep bringing up the discord leak

I think something relevant to this is a rule I learned about just last night which makes the "shittalk" Fulgur did look even more like a nothingburger.

The whole issues is this idea of Fulgur shitting on Council's success and HoloLive. With the rules this becomes even more obviously just a dude messing around.
The rule: "Ⅸ. No mentioning sub-counts or viewer numbers unless I already brought up the topic", the guy doesn't actually care about who has more subs or anything. If anything it's the opposite, he doesn't care for numbers. A reminder that the "shittalk" was this

"Yeah Council didn't do as good as they expected then Luxiem became massive. Seems their a little scared. I'm just not sure if they do it like the Japanese side with the idol mentality of genders being separated if it will work at all
But yeah. They were mad about Niji apps again so fast for sure lmao"
He's mostly right (mad about apps is conjecture), it's just fandoms are full of pussies and if you don't walk on eggshells when you state your opinion people have problems.

Plus these fans must not know Ollie well, she simps for her own fans. If you expect her not to talk to her VTuber brother just because of a few messages, boy you're an idiot. Fulgur also doesn't care for birthday stuff so deleting the tweet isn't a big deal, but it will be sad if Ollie can't interact with him in the future.

I was half-asleep when I clicked onto the third ID girl's stream in the middle of her screaming "MAMAAAAA, MAMAAAAAAAA!" and for hot few seconds thought: "It's a baby. It's a goddamn baby."

It appears to be a portmanteau of "Elizabeth" and "Iris" the latter making some sort of come back after a hundred years, complete with retarded spellings: so "Iris-Beth"?
Nonononono... it's pronounced "I RACE-BAIT".

I for one welcome our unintelligible overlords.

I like Kobo's design with her wave hair and hoody and I like her squeaky voice. It makes me think of a mix of Miko and Luna.
I love how Kowalski towers over both of them.

I hope their success leads to more sections of the world getting localized talent. I don't buy the whole representation BS but I will admit I didn't care much for the talking anime girls until I found out the kettle spoke English and I could understand her. Speaking of the thunder nerd!
Did anyone see Pikamee's Twitch outfit debut? There's a different outfit than the isekai lolimee on YouTube.

She accidently leaked it on her youtube reveal stream.
Frick indeed kettle. Frick indeed.

How does Hololive find all these talented ID girls in a single region.. I'm not seeing any real first stream scuffs so far with these new girls .
Someone explained it to me why Indonesia actually is an untapped talent pool that nobody knows about. Indonesian can learn english, and because of its history and geography, Indonesian can learn about western and eastern pop cultures while still retaining their own. There's also the matter of cheaper currency and lower cost of living in most Indonesian region

HoloID definitely have put Indonesian talents on the map, at least for the anime side of the Internet

Oh fuck
Oh fuck....
That image is cursed. Anyone who's ever spent 5 minutes browsing nhentai knows what shes holding.
That magazine is the very embodiment of "don't judge a book by its cover", nobody would guess what that magazine actually is just from its cover

Autistic thoughts on Towa's team so far:

Firstly, I want to talk about what to expect from the tournament and what to look out for.

Tournament scrims play absolutely nothing like quick play or ranked matches. Even if the overall quality is lower than that of Pro team, pro coaches and Master IGLs (In-game leaders or shot-callers) will still have you playing in a very cagey and intense way. There's only two Master players in the tournament that haven't got any tournament experience and one of them is Aqua, so most of the tournament prep has to come from Towa.

Most teams are made up of Master-Diamond-Plat trios where the skill of the Master makes up for the skill of the Plat. As such, the average skill of the teams are about Low-Mid Diamond. This is important because the Quick Play matches (which matchmake based on the K/D ratio of the best player) Towa's team have been doing have all been High Diamond/Master matches, whilst the Ranked system matchmakes based on the highest ranked player in the current season (Towa) and has therefore put them in Low-High Plat matches.

From this, we can see how they fare against teams on both ends of the bell curve they can expect in the tournament proper.

Suisei - Valkyrie (Recon)
Towa - Bloodhound (Recon)
Aqua - Ash/Horizon (Offence)

Towa is one of the most valuable players in the V-Tuber tournament scene due to her backpocket Gibraltar. Every team under the sun dreams of having a good Gibby player without sacrificing their best player to run him, and that's why you'll often see Towa and Seto Miyako (who is a D4 Gibby main) absolutely fuck people up.

As such, I fully expect Towa to run Gibby in the tournament proper, as the World's Edge map has a lot of open space between key areas that need his bubble shield to avoid getting caught out. Valkyrie's ult is very powerful as it allows them to drop into unsuspecting teams or cheese a rotation, and Horizon's tactical ability can give them good vertical options. It's a slippery but squishy team.

I'd like to first make it clear that I only watched Towa's POV, and therefore my thoughts on Aqua and Suisei are based entirely around how they moved and acted according to the lens of Towa.

There are three major things that stood out to me with how their games were, so I'll start with the positive one and work my way down.

1) This team was borderline immaculate in the early game. They dropped quick (and usually hot), looted quickly, stayed compact, and were very consistent in taking out contesting teams in the area.

Aqua and Towa in particular were very good at the early game 50/50's (raw shooting ability without an obvious advantage) and, depending on how the lotto goes for them in the tournament (each team is 'assigned' a place to drop and loot meaning they're always going to be surrounded by the same teams), they could score some early points by picking off a team straight away.

2) Aqua is still in SoloQ mode. As I mentioned earlier, their QP matches were scaled to Aqua's skill level, which is High Diamond/Master, but because she's in a 3-stack, she isn't playing with Diamond/Master teammates. There were a few occasions where Aqua was pushing teams in really disadvantageous ways, and Towa/Suisei weren't on her wavelength to back her up, which resulted in Aqua getting caught out of position and killed first and the other two following suit.

3) Uncertainty in the late game. This one is the killer, because it's what stresses people out to the point of tears in the tournaments. As I said earlier, they're very good in terms of raw ability early on, but when there are 5-7 teams left in a small space late on, it feels like neither Aqua nor Towa are confident enough to make those snap decisions to move or know what fights are a necessity to take if they want to win. The result is that a team with more initiative snowballs into them instead.

This is fine in a Ranked setting, but in a tournament, I know that they're extremely prone to starting to think that they're not doing enough for the team. As the shot-caller of this team (it seems), this pressure falls on Aqua.

This is a very strong team that is quite rough around the edges. Aqua's ability to take fights is formidable, but more organised teams that have coaches and Master/Pred players of her calibre will probably be able to exploit their hesitant decision making and generally nullify Aqua.

I don't expect them to win, but I do think that them working on how to take late-game fights can result in them causing strong teams big problems. A lot of their plan hinges either on learning to not slow Aqua down, or wrangling Aqua into developing a scrim brain quickly. I can for sure envision them as a Top 10 squad.

He's mostly right
Is he though?
Yeah Council didn't do as good as they expected then Luxiem became massive
What were the expectations for council even? Surpassed myth? Surpassed Fantasy? We don't know about that no? Do you know?

For how massive luxiem is their sponsorship is non existent no? Their SC is pretty strong though. I give you that
Seems their a little scared
Doubt.
lmao.jpg
Hololive dominates Niji in viewership on a daily basis. I don't think they're scared. Inb4 SC. Correct me if im wrong but Holo sc total still beats Niji sc total and they have waaaay more members .
the guy doesn't actually care about who has more subs or anything. If anything it's the opposite, he doesn't care for numbers. A reminder that the "shittalk" was this
Content creator are numberfags don't be naive. He cares about the numbers.

You guys were right about Vox fans (at least a little). I got a warning on Voxcord for 2 obvious jokes. One is me saying "No bitches at an anime shop, I'm shocked. LMAOOOOO" and another joke "I think Vox and Mysta wants the girls to think they're gay, both the mems and the fans, lol". Keep in mind I said the same shit in Vox's chat and nothing happened, as well as Mystacord and nothing happened. Warning says "You were warned in Vox's Kindred Clan. Reason: Distasteful jokes, assuming liver's sexuality and not listening to the mods" ("not listening to mods" was me telling the admin "It. Was. A. Joke." 1 time to the anime shop thing and also imagine taking that "think they're gay" comment as assuming sexuality; and I'd like to say others were making less explicit sexuality jokes too like "get a room, oh wait they already have one")

So I think Voxcord mods are just fucking stupid and strict fujos.
All those cords are dominated by the same cabal, check their mod lists you will see the same faces again and again
Yeah Council didn't do as good as they expected then Luxiem became massive. Seems their a little scared. I'm just not sure if they do it like the Japanese side with the idol mentality of genders being separated if it will work at all
And people always forget the context he was not shitting on council he was mentioning how council has not move the numbers of Myth and how coincidentally it was they having interest in Stars EN a little after Noctyx debuted

Still in my book council is doing all right except for Sana that luck loves to fuck with her just by being black and Australian
That image is cursed. Anyone who's ever spent 5 minutes browsing nhentai knows what shes holding.
Fucking hell Pikamee

For those not tainted by weebism that's Comic LO a magazine specialized in Lolicon doujins, is joked that is the most close to have legal cheese pizza

About Kobokan, YAGOO did his blood pact again with the devil and found someone multitalented, poor guys of Uproar will need to do something amazing to top this
