I think if Shadman isn't in jail or has been arrested recently he may be being held in a detox center or possible told his parents about the situation and got a lawyer that wants him to go to rehab. If you plea that your an addict in treatment its really easy to get out of felony charges.

His court hearing info was only 3 pages back from your post asking for information about his court hearing outcome. It's currently at 'case pending' so the judge is probably waiting to see how the rehab/therapy works out before making a determination.

That's why I didn't include the possibility of jail/rehab. I thought the court records would have at least updated with the latter because this thread would have exploded if the prior happened. I could have sworn that going into court ordered rehab would reflect on the record at the least.

Also how do you get rescued from jail and housed by someone who cares only to shit on your rescuer. I hope he rots and the inmates discover his past with art.

In 'Events' there was a "Mental Competency Referral Ord(er)" back on the 28th of October last year. My thinking is that Shadman flunked the "mental competency" test and they told him to either book himself into a facility of his choosing or the court would throw him into one of theirs.



And Mick may have insisted that Shad go along with it because he was kicking Shad out either way (hence the 'break-up' letter he gave to Shad which pissed Shad off.


The "Srgt Mitchell" is short for Sergeant Mitchell from 'Hunt down the Freeman' game. The character was played by Mick. Initally, I thought it was a break-up letter from Mick when he moved out of 305, but now I think this was the letter Mick left Shad before he flew out of Commifornia to visit his mum (or whatever it was, I can't remember now); kindly asking Shad to fuck-off out of his life: "our paths are not crossing"

If you've ever seen his tweets you'd know that Mick writes very tactfully and flowery; and this bits you can make out seems like the kinda weak-wristed shit that Mick would write:

"our paths are not crossing ... for being overly ... so let me ... make sure you ... so let me ... you'd like anything ... off at the other loo- ... Much love"

That's the basis of my thinking that Shad is in an institution of some kind. It's either that or jail or back out on the streets. Because Mick has had enough.

No, it got established a few pages back that "non-appear" means he's not required to appear in person at the hearing on that day.

Edit: I'd also like to point out that Shad went radio silent around the end of December 2021-early January 2022 after he posted himself outside of what looked like a multi-residential facility that was not Mick's place; the first "non-appear" happened in February 2022 and is continuing into April.

I think this also suggests that Shadman is in a court-ordered mental facility. That's why he's not required to attend his court hearings: because he's locked away in a loony-bin and the courts only need to talk to his shrink about Shad's mental competency. Shadman can just stay in his padded room during those hearings.
