If that was even remotely true, he wouldn't have been the deciding vote in Shelby County, which is largely seen as erasing major gains made by the Civil Rights Act. John Roberts is a very intelligent man who has certain deep principles about Constitutional Law. They may not be your principles, but they're principles nonetheless.
For shit he doesn't care about, he'll go into knots to try to justify it in a weird belief that he can keep the court apolitical. The problem is that the court has always been political ever since judicial review became a thing in Marbury v Madison. His belief isn't wrong, but its inherently naive.

Hispanics are literally a mutt race that’s the end result of about half a millennium’s worth of interbreeding between Europeans and Native Americans (who are kinda just sunburnt East Asians). Depending on your specific genetic composition. Within 2-3 generations of marrying and interbreeding with White Americans (who themselves are a mutt race consisting of a hodgepodge of European genes with a few drops of African/Native), the European genes will start dominating and they’ll be functionally indistinguishable from White Americans.

Yes but there is also a big cultural thing to it. Hispanics are typically lumped together as a broad uniform group, especially by Dems, but they are basically their own racial groups within a racial group. Some of them come from cultures which already value things conservatives value - fiscal responsibility, upward mobility, family and religious stability - and this makes them more likely to make that transition. Others come from cultural backgrounds which are just thousands of years of barely evolved protohumans with the same type of malignant personalities they had that made the Spaniards despise them - shifty, lazy, untrustworthy, criminal by nature.
In my experience, Dominicans hate Haitians with such a burning passion they'd probably shoah them given the opportunity, Mexicans want lots of gibs but also kinda hate central Americans because central Americans are to them what Mexicans are to us. Cubans look down upon pretty much every other Hispanic race which is weird but I'll allow it because they're also the most consistently conservative.
