Totally true. The band was SNOW (all caps) and you can find info., they even have a boomer FB. Late 70’s/early 80’s LA metal band. Their guitarist went on to join Quiet Riot. In her obit one of the band members left a comment saying he didn’t know her on a personal level but thanked her for her support and even coming to reunion shows.

Sandra liked to rock.

Plus I pretty sure she has been involuntarily committed. Both because of that and the drugs even if she bought it private sale she is most definitely not allowed to have it on pain of I think it is 5 years federal imprisonment. I don't think it is a particularly common thing but IIRC they charged some Atomwaffen spergs on that basis or someone like that. Alice is fucking around looking to find out with her audience. But that's beside the point, any kind of bothering Alice IRL is now taking your life in your hands and possibly others as well. It is terrifying.

It hinges on how they interpret "committed to a mental institution" but basically yeah. They don't even need to go there though. The drugs are enough.
