I still think this is China (at Xi's directive) trying to collapse the Western economies at the cost of their own (basically the same shit they did with the virus once it got lose to begin with). Plus the virus is likely giving CCP officials ample opportunities to advance since it says to Xi that they're taking things seriously meaning their standing in the party improves. Western leaders aren't bothering the Chinese over it since if Ukraine gets too boring of a story/suddenly ends (which it probably won't since Russia can't win fast enough because of NATO's full-scale proxy war), they have the virus to fall back on, including the scary new strain of Omicron.

I would not be surprised if we see the lockdown/mask mandate bullshit return this winter in the West. Right now though they're giving us a break from the scamdemic, a larger break than last spring, since the plebs are getting too uppity and the cost/benefit analysis shows temporarily loosening control now will benefit them down the road.

I h ave to be honest, I'm not sure I could take that. Just about everyone in my family is mindlessly following The Science and generally cucking to the whole thing, to the point that I'm starting to wonder if I'm adopted. If I have to spend another winter surrounded by the same bullshit...

Makes me wonder how many people feel like me and are just not saying anything. Will they be loud enough to push back against the bullshit this time? Social shaming has been pretty effective at preventing much resistance against the totalitarian impulse, at least up to now.

I have always wondered about the danger of helping the spike bypass your natural defenses straight into the blood stream instead of getting a slow ramp up of the spike as would happen if it entered the body naturally such as through the nose.
