As much as it pains me to use the word 'academic' in the same sentence as Ethan Ralph, all of this is academic. It's the claim of a mentally unstable woman against a man of extremely low character. I watched the interview and read most of this thread and I have no idea how a conviction could derive from any of this.
If something important slipped me by, my apologies, but the evidence seems very weak:
Alice herself doesn't remember the assault, she isn't even really an eyewitness. She only knows about it as hearsay from Ralph.
Ralph didn't even admit to rape. On the surface he admited to consensual oral sex. Her saying no at some point doesn't mean she couldn't have consented later on.
And without physical evidence they can't even prove sex happened in the first place.
All Ralph has to do is say Alice misunderstood him, or that he lied as a form of boasting.
Both parties where highly intoxicated so their memories will be suspect anyway.

Short answer: fuck no. He'll just put in a little more effort in not getting caught.
While I can't really believe Alice's claims in good faith with what we have, I can say that I would be shocked if he didn't. Looking at how he views and interacts with women and how the people he associates with view women, I wouldn't be surprised if he did rape her. The deafening silence about the situation makes this reality even harder to ignore.
