I think he deserves the thread 100%, he picked a fight he literally cannot win, and he's not the first narcissistic tranny with a superiority complex that believes they'll be the one to finally take down that damn Kiwi Farms! once and for all, and it sure won't be the last one. This exact attention seeking behavior is going to be his downfall. There's only so much you can hear about tranny antics until you peak, and I firmly believe he is hurting his cause. I'm hoping you're right. DDOS is one thing, the site's gotten through that. But an argument to strip the site of 230 protections actually sounds slightly, slightly feasible. Bring in a lawyer who teaches at Harvard law and you lend your argument a bunch of legitimacy (because obviously this lawyer couldn't possibly be braindead if they teach at Harvard!).

He still might be too stupid, too lazy, or too spooked in a few months. But if he isn't any of these, I can picture a very real pathway for his success. I think that a competent person could.

If a year passes, and this troon stays nothing but a subpar streamer with a small following and cringe tweets, I'll be thrilled to be the retard who was wrong. Null having an "agenda" wouldn't invalidate Section 230 for KF. That's not how that works. Section 230 is entirely in regards to stuff we, the users, post and whether or not Null is legally liable for it as if he had posted it himself. That's it, that's all it's about. I think the best he could do is sue Null for defamation over a post that he, himself made which, while monetarily awful, would be pretty hilarious.

There's a reason people who want stuff taken off the Farms generally try to go the DMCA route, because copyright violations are an actual crime, and something he is liable for and obligated to take down.
