Unless they specifically want you there and tell you so (which they do now thanks to the arrest warrant), you can usually just plead guilty by signing the back of an infraction and paying the fine. So she (probably) did not even have to show up.the weird thing is, why doesn't she just show up to court and pay the speeding tickets?
why would you skip court for something as small as speeding?
Another note, these aren't two separate traffic tickets. They seem to concern the same 1/20/2022 event and the same officer, but a different citation number. The second is after the arrest warrant was issued in the first. You might want to take a look at it yourself. It's not 100% clear to me that's the case.
