Yep. She's using this "appeal" of her not getting a hearing on her random bullshit (because she herself said she wasn't available when the court had openings) to accomplish the same aims she had for her original lolsuit(s). She thinks she can do an end run around the fact she lost her case this way, without even having to wait through the proper appeals process of said case. She of course is wrong, because she's a delusional retard, but since she's a narcissistic delusional retard she'll never accept that.

So another dumb layman question: can you actually refuse to let a magistrate judge participate in your district court case? If so, is there some time limit that you have to file your refusal by that she missed, and that's why she's whining now about allegedly not being informed she could refuse? Sorry if you've already answered this and I missed it in the time I spent catching up on her thread.

As Smelly Melly has bragged about before, she believes she's judgment proof, so she's not at all worried about any sanctions or attorney's fees she might be told to pay. She literally has zero incentive to not continue to file her nonsense, because she's certain no one can punish her for them. The only thing that would come close to stopping her is being declared a vexatious litigant and having a pre-filing injunction slapped on her, and if that happens she'll just move to some other jurisdiction for her lolsuits. It's sad that the legal protections put into the law to ensure poor people still can have their day in court and try to receive justice can be abused in such a fashion by double digit IQ lying cunts like Melinda, but that's the reality of the situation.

Also, Clown Car Cunt will never get the law right because she already thinks she's right, and like all malignant narcissists she refuses to accept she may be incorrect about anything. Even if she did spend more time reading up on the law, any citations or statutes she found that didn't say what she wanted them to say would be ignored.

She kind of acknowledged that Josh can get favorable ruling but then said she has nothing to be taken and threatened to injure or kill any debt collectors Josh would send.
