Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

New docs. Mel appeals the order that denied Mel's motion for Show cause, and the order that denied the hearings
Moron couldn't even get the docket numbers she's appealing right (she reversed them).

And if she's too pregnant to attend a hearing, allegedly, then what's the appeal on that point? To schedule the hearing after she pops, at her convenience? Probably.

And she still hasn't accidentally included a picture of her stink ditch in the filings. Frankly I'm just disappointed in her.
If only @Baby Yoda was the judge...

Because the best strategy to NOT appear as a vexatious litigant is to appeal each and every decision that comes against you and cede no grounds
...after being told by the court to fucking stop.

Is she just whining because it was done by the magistrate judge she doesn’t like? I thought she was part of the equation in the hearing not happening due to her poor understanding of biological functions getting her knocked up again.
She is just whining because she isn't getting her way and, like always, she ignores all logic as to why.
When does she start making forum posts in her filings to try and get unbanned from the site?
Maybe that's her next lawsuit. "Mr. Moon violated my 1st amendment rights by banning me! WHAT DO YOU MEAN IT DOESN'T APPLY TO HIM!?"
then what's the appeal on that point?
That the court denied that motion despite her saying she can't attend. Logic need not apply, apperantly.
Because the best strategy to NOT appear as a vexatious litigant is to appeal each and every decision
Technically she didn't appeal all of them. She didn't appeal the order denying her request to subpoena Null for info on me

Sure would be nice if the appeals court would hurry up and rule that since the lower court found that the appeal is not being taken in good faith, it's going to be dismissed unless she pays the required filing fee.
Sure would be nice if the district court finally decided to set the amount on the appeal bond.

Dumb layman question here: is there any actual time limit set out in the law for district/appeals court judges to act on the cases that come before them, or can they take as long as they want to respond and rule?

It's been four months since her last cope and seethe write up and she still get's things wrong. Melinda, you're home constantly so you can take the time to read some lawschool books if not, shut the fuck up and no your place. You're just going to add more costs that you'll have to pay for.

The more random bullshit Mel throws at the wall hoping something sticks, the more I’m convinced whoever’s looking at this case is just letting this pile up so they can royally fuck Mel on fees.

One of these days, this’ll be the only thing left on the books before a judge can go golfing, and off of sheer volume of appeals alone it probably dwarfs everything else on that desk.
