Not trying to shit up the thread, but part of the rejection of this book is the rejection of the ideia that men are violent, like that they act that way because of the enviroment and culture and not because they are bunch of murderous psychopaths, didn't this ideia spawned from the mainstream liberal feminism? That says that men can be feminists too and that they are also oppressed by the patriarchy basically a feminism that paths the men's heads by saying that they are good boys and etc... Like its goes against the well accepeted western ideia that everyone is born good and that its the environment that shapes the person, when in reality not everyone is equal, some are born good some evil and etc... I might be talking shit, since i know jackshit about feminism so idk, and the troon talking about the power vacuum that would come with the extiction of men, what power vacuum? In the military and criminals gangs? Since i think that this would still be thing even without men, yeah, it would have a power vacuum in thoses, but not in the rest, at least in the western world, like isn't that some sort of denial of reality? That the world would be in fact better without men? Why its hurt so much to admit that?
It's more broadly a western idea that humans are "tabula rasa" and that there are no inbuilt difference between the sexes. Feminism has taken that up to argue that masculine traits like propensity to violence is purely a social construct.
Though I have to say that people assume women would cooperate instantly really don't understand how female intrasexual competition works. Males and females across the animal kingdom compete differently and have different interests in sexual selection, but both sexes do compete. As much as it is a stereotype, there's plenty of
studies that have looked at women's indirect aggression (cattiness, undermining, etc.) as an evolutionary trait, and it really does seem to be a mechanism for undermining rivals for mates. Men compete directly and aggressively, but are more able to forgive after direct confrontation. Women compete more subtly, but are more likely to hold grudges and view each other as long term competition. Men are more risk prone, women are more likely to be long term strategic thinkers, especially as concerns offspring and making sure they have competitive advantages. Because making sure their offspring have the best genes, and the clearest competitive field, is how females display their genetic fitness. At the same time, women form alliances differently than men, but both sexes are able to put aside competition for broader group needs. People want to pretend that humans have somehow escaped the underlying reason for sexual selection, but we haven't. This is part of the stupidity of troonism, especially MTF troonism, because the way the talk about femininity makes it really clear they don't understand how women actually behave with one another, they just have the sugary sweet illusion that women are all soft and helpful and love each other. No troon is pining after being ostracized for having pissed off the wrong women accidentally.
E: Admitting that male sexuality has an inherent potential risk to it that socialization won't wish away is also poison for troon arguments. It doesn't have to be true for every man. Just that fact that a certain subset of men will tend towards predatory expressions of sexuality should make people question their desire to access women's spaces, because of pure advantages of strength.

First, this trigger warning shit is another wokist shibboleth that I find fucking exhausting. I have never been raped, but it seems to be me that the inability to even say the word sort of robs you of the ability to address concerns about it or approach the topic constructively. This shit, where people are censoring uses of a word, that isn't even being used in jest or to insult, because of the hypothetical panic attacks it could induce in people they don't know, is crazy.
Second, would a dude who lied about his dick size be able to declare "microphallophobia" if you decided you didn't want to sleep with him when you saw it?
Incidentally, here's what this "dude" looks like:
Don't worry about men wanting to pick you up, regardless of dick size.
Guys, we don't know the pain of not having "rep" in video games. Though I'm struggling to think of a way that you could even include a MTF trans character into a narrative that wouldn't have them REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEing about choosing to not make them pass perfectly as trans women. All the FTM characters mentioned specifically don't pass. You as a player, and your character in game, are supposed to clock that it's a woman occupying a man's role. I guess because the Joan of Arc narrative is more understood within fantasy/genre fiction.
