You know what's infinitely fascinating?
When a troon does proceed to go whole hog and kill themselves - assuming they actually do, and not, y'know, fake it in a way so obvious that it's blatantly apparent they're still alive, as was the case for ya boi Byuu, the usual suspects always trip over themselves to blame us, even - and indeed, especially - if we had nothing to do with it. At first, I thought this was just "I need an excuse to hate my enemies more, grrr" material, but after what I saw from Elizabeth Waite and Chloe Sagal, I've come a completely different conclusion.
It's because they actually love it when one of their own fucking dies. It's ghoulish, but it's 100% true. There was no one who blamed the Farms harder for Sagal's death than the people who actively led to it. Everyone fucking hated Byuu, until he allegedly killed himself and then suddenly they all decided, apropos of nothing, that it was the Farms' doing. Trans Lifeline ignored Elizabeth Waite's calls for fucking days, but the second she killed herself, welp, time for TLL to fundraise off her death and blame the Farms for it even when her family is telling them to stop.
