What was the turning point that made people so tolerant of this kind of bullshit? Especially in cases where the user's use of the service actually earns profit for the service. Quick note here about Cosmo's dick (lol). He still has it. His identity has shifted several times even since his transition. At the beginning he just said he was female, then during the breakdown years (the really good ones), he officially identified as a "trans femme cat girl". While he denies this now, you'll just have to trust me, he did. So did his tranny friend Rachel that threw himself off of a bridge. But I digress.

He used to explicitly say that being "trans femme" was enough and that his goal was never to "pass". (Of course I think this is just him being lazy at this like he is at everything else). He openly stated he had his penis and had no interest in getting the surgery to remove it.

The last week, though, in one of the chats on youtube he talked about fantasizing about one day being a "real woman" or something similar. So, my guess is that he is possibly reconsidering the whole "no surgery" thing and may in fact take the full jump (pun intended) into being a tranny.

Someone in pharm/psych correct me if I am wrong, but you can't just take lithium, it has to build up in the system and be dosed in a very exacting manner, but the funny part is you can die from lithium poisoning if I'm not mistaken, so irregular & high dosing habits might make an hero out of Narcy.

It's also a very dated treatment intended for actual psychotics, not this attention seeking little faggot whose worst mental condition is being a tranny and crying for attention, and any kind of temporary "psychosis" caused by the LSD use. Lithium is pretty much the archetypal (!) medication doctors and pharmacists deal with. Like plenty of otherwise healthy people will go inpatient to manage the risks at times. Playing fucky wucky with your endocrine system, self-dosing, and getting it from who-knows-where is outright suicidal.

It is a low dose. You can buy it at any Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods: it's 5mg of Orotate not 300mg of Carbonate. Thanks to your shit-for-brains fear mongering logic the trans lgtbbq+yzxir- community has decided taking a piece of paper soaked in chinesium is somehow the safer option than an over the counter supplement used by millions of people world wide.

There is no way Narcissa would commit to any surgery. They can't even take pills consistently. TMI: If they had to dilate, their mutilation wound would surely seal up because they'd not stick to the regiment.
