Bigger than Kindness?
Kindness is boring as hell, she's so consistently vomiting the same old BPD neediness and batshit tweets it's impossible to keep up with her.
She belongs to the garden variety class of cows where the lols come from conflicts between the different things she says about her life and the fictions she makes up.
Her every day life is pretty boring, she still lives in the real world and just tries to get by, no matter what she tells herself. And you can see this because her fictions are constantly changing to adapt to her external circumstances.
Her actions are obviously self-serving with no ideological narrative governing them except her need for survival and whatever her fucked up emotions are doing to her at the time.
That shows someone who can roll with the real world to a limited extent, but enough to never do anything truly crazy because they understand it would be too crazy even for them.
The truly great cows are the ones where they have a certain narrative governing their life and what they put out, but their actions/lack of actions, or external circumstances consistently prove something else to be true, yet they still continue to insist that their version of reality is the real truth. This leads them to do crazy shit like:
* live on a ranch but never go outside, * run a ranch with a neglected hoard of alpacas and mismanage hundreds of thousands of dollars while using photos of their neglect to grift more money
* travel to the most dangerous part of Portugal to somehow spite a friend who has Portugese ancestry and instead get mugged
* lick your gonnorhea-ridden ex's new GF's pussy to try and win the ex back (thanks Chantal)
* or literally anything Chris does.
In each case their actions are self-serving but only in the sense that they also serve completely incomprehensible goals to the viewer.
Kindness obviously wants food, drugs and to relax in a bath. Completely obvious needs and simple pleasures, and she does what she does to fulfil those.
But why does Phil insist on spending terrible amounts of money on a poorly-planned endeavour and pretending he cant see that everything around him breaks or dies? Why is he so paranoid about Earl attacking them yet alienates everyone who could help them?
Why was it so important to Ralph that he specifically travel to Portugal to spite his friend, and why didn't he do his research about the safest places to go?
Why does Chantal want Nader back so badly when he clearly tries to drive her away and even gave her the clap?
Why does Chris do anything?
Kindness is just not on the same level.
I spend a small portion of my week wondering what goes on in the Tranchers' heads, including Kevin's, that manages to keep them on the same path forward without thinking "wait a minute...". I never wonder about Kindness' and that's the difference.
Once she and Paul/Bonnie/Mantits Mandoza split up I will be relieved not to follow her thread anymore.
As for Ash Kreis... my post before was ambiguous. I believe their thread will be big in a different way than the lols. I personally think someone that embedded in a community as fucked up as the furries, with enough self-awareness to keep themselves under control, but despite that still doesn't leave said community, is part of some deep shit. It won't be as funny as Kevin or the Tranchers, but it will be important somehow in connecting a LOT of dots somewhere, probably to cows we haven't even documented yet.
Privated this part just in case.
