Future of the House

You know people seem to be disheartened at the end to the story.
This is how the story was always going to end and it seems perfectly fitting.
-Chris sent to a mental institution
-all his belongings in the garbage
-nobody to turn to
-no home or vehicle
This is how the story was always meant to end and we all knew it.
What a fitting end
Like Fanta in the rain.

I am almost certain Barb is not there any more. All the curtains/bed sheets are open, it's pitch black in each room, there doesn't appear to be junk stacked in the windows (just that horse figurine on the sill on the left lower window) and it just is giving me a vibe of being vacant.

Probably has Schlage or Kwikset deadbolts (you know Bob didn't splurge for good locks) so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if some ween with a rake pick makes unlawful entry and tapes a tour of the house (don't fucking do this, retards).
Yeah I'm getting the same vibe. It's got that creepy house-in-limbo look, like how my grandfather's house looked after he lost his marbles and had to be moved to a home

Yup, it’s like a shell, as if all (dysfunctional) life has been removed.
I wonder if the neighbourhood kids are like:
”dare ya to break into the old chandler place”!

Visiting the house to take note of its current condition is not necessarily a ween thing to do, but posing for a picture and uploading it to reddit is pretty cringe, I'm on the fence about this one.

Nothing technically wrong with it, other than he might be standing on their property (not sure where the line is). Still definitely cringe.

It was buried deep in the reddit thread, but the ween said there was a light on in one of the rooms. I think he said it was one of the rooms in the back.

Edit: Found it. The ween had this to say when someone asked if it was inhabited: "I don't know I didn't want to be a creep and look through windows. there was a single light on inside that's all I know"

lots of children from reddit go to the house and post selfies, they all say the same thing. single light on in the house. I think barb keeps the light on 24/7 in her room, or maybe it's actually vacant and it's on as a deterrent. Unfortunately all the plebbit faggots are too afraid to knock on the door.

@Null should start a fundraise to buyout Chris's house and make museum out of it in which Chris could live because without him this board wouldn't exist, and Our Lord and Saviour would have to work for some trannies in IT.
Dunno, if it does go up for sale I can look into bootstrapping a 501(c)(3) people can donate to to buy the house but that is a lot of work. From what I understand, a charitable organization must also be incorporated with 3 board members, so I'd need 2 other people to sign on board and I have no candidates for who that'd be. Then, once it's set up and you file the paperwork, you can start accessing charitable donations but it does take 6+ months for the IRS to review the application and grant you nonprofit status.

Benefits would include being able to put all CWC related hosting expenses onto tax-free hardware that people can make tax deducible donations to.

Aside from the work, it's not clear how museum operations would go. The home is out in the middle of nowhere and in a current residential zone. Chances are if I tried to get it licensed as a museum the city of Ruckersville would not grant it and the neighbors would protest its designation for various, legitimate reasons.

Essentially, a CWC museum only works under these premises:

1. The house is put up for sale without being destroyed. If Cole inherits it, it is very, very, very likely he will condemn and demolish the home and sell the lot.
2. The house is allowed to be operated as a museum.
3. Two people I trust are willing to incorporate with me.
4. One of them is willing to live at premises or very nearby.
5. It receives enough money to sustain it.

Regarding point 4, we would essentially need a salaried person to operate the museum. I suppose tours would be x times a week and people buy tickets online. The house would need to be cleaned up because it is currently fire damaged and smells like smoke and rot. The operator would need to either live in a part of the house not converted to a museum or would need to buy a house nearby to live at so he can conduct the tours. It's probably important actual tours take place because this justifies the museum status and preservation of the home, but you'd need a lawyer to review the plan and that's thousands of dollars.

TL;DR: it's a lot of work and only possible if a set of conditions are met. The more likely result is the house being condemned by whomever inherits it.

Why kiwis get their asses blasted over a dude just having a picture of the house?
The guy just took a picture.
You're mad over a simple photo.
Who's the exceptional crowd here?
Probably because it's a dude "just having a picture" and visiting the property of an elderly woman who is rotting away after being assaulted by her own demon-spawn. Give her a break. The only notable person is gone, there's no point in going just to take a selfie and not even check if anyone is home. If he would've brought food and a pack of water bottles to help out maybe people would feel different. It's more the fact that he's attention seeking instead of helping, he could've just stayed home instead of weening out to A low IQ sexual predator's house (also 100% knowing Chris isn't even there) and our knowledge of the house and who's in it wouldn't have changed at all. His picture and testimony weren't even interesting lmao.

Could you imagine the end of Chris Chan's story is living out the rest of his days in his old house now owned by a KiwiFarm trust?
If Chris actually had any self-realization it would be immediate grounds for suicide.
