I think you're right here. Munchies that already have Type 2 diabetes will mess with it, but it's not something people willingly induce and may even try to hide because it's associated with fat people who eat too much sugar.

This is more depressing than usual though, because she became pregnant with twins. One twin died early in the second trimester and the other is already showing signs of caudal regression syndrome, which is strongly associated with poorly managed diabetes in the mother.

Both Yaniv and Kim are stupider and less socially aware than the average cow on this thread.

Personally knew with a woman who would go into DKA as a relationship-management tool. She didn't have any one boyfriend long, but they were always her "partner." She kept the ones who doted on her while she was ill, until they wised up. The ones who ditched also served by becoming pity fuel for staff, whom she was eager to tell how she was cruelly broken up with in her hour of need.

She did it one time too many, of course. At least there were no children involved.

Grown-up juvenile diabetics can be a lot like grown-up gifted children; there's a tightrope to walk where the parents can create a little tyrant who always expects to be the most special in the room. Or if Mom handles all the diabetes care, it's not "real" to the kid and their teenage rebellion leads to dialysis at 25. On the other hand, you tell the kid how their metabolism is serious business too often or too early, they've got anxiety. Try not to mess it up, I guess.

I've known a non-compiant diabetic who missed every single possible holiday with self-induced DKA for YEARS. Was absolutely ridiculous and totally not his fault! It was all the agent orange in Vietnam his dad was exposed to, it messed with their DNA! Took out both of their eyes, one set of kidneys, one leg, and ultimately both died of heart attacks within a year of each other (Dad after son). I think diabetes a munched disorder, but old-school and not as popular with these hip social media mavens.

Clock me if late, I don't know enough about purses/Birkins in particular to say with confidence it definitely is not one. I can say with absolute certainty it is not that specific model. If the inconsistencies rule out another model it's not even a particularly good counterfeit.

On the left we see a more chromed, rounded buckle on her bag. This is not consistent with the squared/gold buckle from the genuine article.

Now I am no fashionista or expert on Hermes but I am aware enough to know they wouldn't omit something as important as the brouges by mistake. You also see that they use two different grains of (quite nice) leather between the main portion of the bag and the trim. Her bag is one (much tackier) grain. Look at where the belt passes through and the stitching. Even in low res that is a poor showing for stitching. I would need higher resolution and more background info on potential similar models to say much more. OT Edit:

You're barking up completely the wrong tree. It's a blood disorder, which the Fugate family had a high incidence of due to inbreeding. Most of the iron in their blood is fucked up, so that it carries less oxygen and is also blue. Ironically, the treatment is a blue dye.

She is currently in patient after having tests done two days ago and she is due to have the actual surgery Tuesday. Dr. Bolognese also operated on the shunt put in when Morgan was at Penn State. Mom is currently complaining online about pain control and whether they will get the surgery done or if they will wait.

(They had a little fenugreek in them, but were mostly just nutritional support for a postpartum woman who was already lactating, oats and flaxseed and such.) It was a combination of magical thinking, poor reading comprehension, and disposable income.

Now, if anything's worth doing, it's worth overdoing, and they do sell fenugreek in supplements or just tea bags.
