Nah rappers don't even need to walk around. There's this rapper I found on YT named DDK who doesn't do all that swaying, mostly upperbody stuff with a tiny side step at most. Wait, you're telling me they're the same person? Huh.

Anyone else think that the choreographer might actually be encouraging all the swaying?

I saw this clip of Pochi talking about the new holostars and she specifically called Ganma a mangaka instead of illustrator which she uses to refer other Vtuber artists etc. So him being an illustrator might be a misunderstanding and he might be a traditional manga artist. She might also know him from doujin circles or something.

Someone should find any previous work if it was ever published from the artstyle soon though.

I think so. The choreographer knows that rapper doesn't need scripted dance. Just do the usual rapper's move.

The Japanese have a thing called 飾り英語 (Decoration English) where they use English words and phrases as an aesthetic choice rather than one intended to make much sense.

'Selfish of a Rough Stone' is the type of phrase you'll see as the subtitle of an anime movie because, for some reason, their pride in making cool-sounding gibberish trumps their embarrassment of using a language they don't understand.

Yeah, this is what I'm thinking as well. So the fact thay his lore is also a mangaka seems to me that he got recruited first before the character was created

Honestly, she really needs her 2nd outfit when she does her rap moves for 3d concerts. I want to appreciate it, but her gothic, long-ass dress is making it look extremely scuffed and hard to look at sometimes.

On another note,
MkNk streaming in an hour. Lots of spammers in the chat too. Not sure if they're Chinese trying to take advantage of the drama, or Japanese cucks.

Granted they withheld the models from Myth and ID longer than the others, but it may not have been a priority compared to the models that would be used far more frequently. Calli definitely looks jank from some angles but I do think it's a bit overcritical to say her model is outright terrible.

Like in particular I remember Coco's face looking mega fucking weird from the wrong angle. and I would wager the majority of thegirls model have some angle where the face looks uncanny just because of how trying to 3d model an anime girl works.

We just got a very clear look at Calli's "Bad angle" on her "debut" , from almost any other angle her face looks fine.

In other news, it appears Nenechi has taken her New Years outfit and had a ton of color swaps and hair length options to it so it can be used as another full time alternate outfit.

Considering Booster Packs are basically Gacha, I wonder how fast Cygame realizes that people will spend, hundreds if not thousands of $$$ to get the highest rarity version of her and will start importing all the Holos
