Actually..the voice and mouth are matching up pretty well. I wonder if shes actually using the model this time instead of dubbing over her.

I think it's just a rule made by management that after the concert EN and ID can use their 3D starting in April, or it's a campaign that they need to debut in 3D in April. since ID got their stuff as well
