Cheers. I'll assume that the alleged court order has just been shredded by Occam's Razor, and that Null's counsel is standing by in case this escalates into something resembling an actual order.Assuming this is even a bit real, and not some made up bull, it could take anywhere from a day to 50 years or more. Without knowing the details of the case, it's very hard to guess.
Fun fact: The person replying to my ticket when I got suspended from Tempest use to swat people. This entire company is full of skids (Even worse, skids who get caught due to how fucking inept they are)The CEO is Marshall Webb. Marshall Webb is supposedly former Lulzsec. Also an alleged fed informant.
Corey Ray Barnhill is also an alleged fed informant.
Path.net is probably where the feds throw useless fucking idiot fed informants to fester. After all, an anti-DDOS CDN would give them the ability to Man-in-the-Middle every single one of their clients, wouldn't it?
I think it's reasonable to assume that a lawyer with 20 years of experience is, well, more literate than the person who wrote to Null.As a reasonable person, I have reason to believe beyond reasonable doubt that the alleged "court order" doesn't exist.
The really important part of this is the US Courts function under the principle of service and process. Nobody can be subject to any order of an American court without first being served, or subjecting themselves to the process of litigation. This is a long winded way of saying you cannot say you have a court order that demands someone do something and then not give that person the order. Or prevent that person from responding to the order in the negative. Thanks for the clarification.
As a reasonable person, I have reason to believe beyond reasonable doubt that the alleged "court order" doesn't exist. Furthermore I believe that the legal threats allegedly sent via an attorney were done so without said attorney's knowledge. Is there a specific penalty for impersonating an attorney, or would this be just generalised fraud?
Given how well Null's upstream (and I'm confused here because I thought Path Networks was the upstream?) has handled this, I'd like to think that in the event of any official looking court orders being produced, they'd engage their attorneys to cross-check to ensure a court order actually exists.
@Null should seriously consider asking Michael Cypers if he actually is the attorney in this case. Or have his own lawyer ask Cypers that. Do we even know this guy isn't just having his name jacked?I think it's reasonable to assume that a lawyer with 20 years of experience is, well, more literate than the person who wrote to Null.
It is somewhat premature to conclude that. They might have obfuscated it by filing something in the name of some possibly as-yet-unknown individual or alter ego of the real principal. However, it is rather bizarre to have a court order and refuse to produce it while claiming it is ordering you to do something. If you had a real court order, why wouldn't you be flaunting that motherfucker all over the place? This was a clear effort to commit tortious interference by fraud. Its also possible there may be a criminal violation here too, if Path.net physically forged a court order. In which case the people behind the forging are facing years in prison.
Gunt above Kiwi? Outrageous!

If Nguyễn Ngọc Loan had Corey Ray Barnhill and Nguyễn Văn Lém on the same city street and two bullets, he'd shoot Zoom twice. Also the funny thing about that picture is that motherfucker right there really deserved it. Most people don't know the context of the shit that went down that led to that.
Funny thing about all this, is that it just brought more attention to this individual and their previous actions. No matter what happens now, more people now know about the pedo working for the ISP. Literally played themselves.@Null should seriously consider asking Michael Cypers if he actually is the attorney in this case. Or have his own lawyer ask Cypers that. Also there's no federal case with Cypers as counsel† that could have anything to do with this. So presumably this would have to be an Arizona case (and there is nothing involving Path that I can find now) or a California case (which are tricky to search or well expensive and I am a cheap prick), if it isn't a federal case.
Anyway this shit stinks like a three day old mackerel left out in the sun.
This worthless pederast piece of shit has never been popular here but I hope he likes the fruits of his labors which will be chucked at him forevermore for the rest of his foul pedophile life.Funny thing about all this, is that it just brought more attention to this individual and their previous actions. Like someone said earlier in this thread, it's such a good thing that pedos are some of the dumbest fucking pieces of shit on the planet. God forbid they actually become intelligent enough to keep this shit private or powerful enough that they can keep doing it with impunity; who knows how many children's lives they'd ruin.....oh wait.Funny thing about all this, is that it just brought more attention to this individual and their previous actions. I'm pretty sure Hardin will suggest it too.@Null should seriously consider asking Michael Cypers if he actually is the attorney in this case. Or have his own lawyer ask Cypers that. Do we even know this guy isn't just having his name jacked?
