Corey Shiratori (formerly Corey Ray Barnhill / August Heart) / [Lulz] Xyrix / RuxPin / Zoom / Internet GodSpeed - Self-confessed pedophile sadist, forced underage girl to watch child pornography, skiddie turned fed, chronic liar

If it's likely to be a forgery, why did Null just go ahead and cave without demanding concrete evidence that it's legit?
It's "better safe than sorry." Nobody wants to waste time going into court on a motion for contempt. But people who are subject to a court order are entitled to see it.

There's some kind of faggotry afoot here.

Also, if there was a valid court order, and Path really thought Dear Feeder didn't comply, why wouldn't they just file a motion for contempt? Why try to get the hard drives for an unfiled court case?

The whole thing just falls apart the more I look at it. The court order is clearly fake and gay.

Shilling for Null here by saying we need to throw shekels at him so he it's worth his while and it's less of an ordeal for him. :)
I know I haven't donated, it's due to my autistic insistance on there being zero ties of this account to the real me. I'm working on it.
At least use brave and send him your brave cryptoshekels. Also, sending crypto works really well.

I know this lawyer was mentioned, but, was it noted that the Takedown demanding HDDs be removed said to CC him?

CC him... without including his email address?

Such a weird fucking situation.

LMFAO OMFG if this is true then thats fucking hilarious. All they succeeded in doing is tying their name to a retard pedo. CONGRATS !!! literally nobody gave a fuck before. I don't know what actual company with any sense of competence would even involve themselves in such degeneracy. There are other COMPANIES THAT YOU CAN PAY TO WIPE(or at least hide) YOUR DEGENENERACY like how do they not know this. And those sites work, maybe try that next time fucking idiots.
Those reputation management companies often use the kind of tactics which it seems are being used here.

He might have been CC'd already and it was just a reminder to "Reply All" instead of just "Reply"

The guy who sent the email does not seem like the guy who would work on these cases though.

I believe we were going to use Path at one point for our l4 proxy, decided not to due to their shady practices behind the scenes with other people. Glad we didn't, I knew Xyrix/'Bear' years ago when he'd beef everyone & try to deny his pedo allegations on Blab.
I don't think any of us have heard that he used the alias 'Bear' before, do you have anything saved from those days?

Well no. We have rumor conjecture and innuendo on him. We have tales told on the internet by others and simply collected here. While it clearly shows him as a creepy pedo perve, we don't have anything that would put him in Federal Pound Me In The Ass Prison.

We now have a skype call where he admits to statutorily raping a middle school-aged child and introducing her to hard drugs. While that alone does not substantiate the allegations and hearsay on this site, it would at least warrant a visit by law enforcement in most cases. The real reason he has yet to face judicial rebuke for his criminal past is that he is a fat glownigger.

Ever heard of Whitey Bulger? The notorious Boston gangster who leveraged his relationship with the FBI against his rivals? Okay, well take that guy, subtract his charisma, add 300 pounds, and crank his glow status up to having-sleepovers-and-pillowfights-with-FBI-handlers levels. That's Zoom. Better-qualified users than I have suggested that Zoom has worked as an informant for a very, very long time, and I'm inclined to believe them at this point.

Nah no reputable company would put themselves at risk by lying about court orders and using some lawyers name and info like that( that was stuff they did in the early days and it backfired. idk dont take my word but if u want to know about the history of these types of companies google exists) If they can't get the site owners to take it down they just bury it with links or whatever so its so far down the list in search engines nobody would find it except people who would find it regardless. If a one of those sites did do that then they need to get their money back asap

if you think there aren't some really good ones out there that don't do shady shit then idk what to tell ya cause they exist. I guess I just think people who own or work at a place like path or whatever would be able to tell the difference or at least be in the know about ones that work and do a hell of a job but guess not. Oh well not my problem.

If they did employ these tactics then get your settlement boo boo cause that shit is elementary level

>implying reputation management companies are reputable
They are all scam artists and they will file fraudulent court orders just to get a paycheck.

This was linked earlier in the thread. It's an amicus brief which details actual cases in which fraudulent tactics have been used in reputation management. It's well worth a read.

Foolish of me to forget that inconveniencing bureaucrats is considered a more heinous crime than murder and rape.
To be fair to my FBI handlers, it's incredibly difficult to get these people on anything. People here investigate by finding information, the Feds investigate by investigating the information itself. This is why TCaP and HvP worked, while Pred Hunters gets told to their face to fuck off. They can't verify anything. They can't verify that the door bell videos are not just an elaborate "5D haxx0r prank gius, totes honest!!!1!!1".

When you fuck with the Feds through simple fraud or mail fraud or fake legal proceedings all they have to do is check their records and the case is solved. Helps that there's a difference between State and Federal crimes too. Most of the predators who were caught on Hansen's shows who drove 20 minutes to start a sex trafficking ring and shut the fuck up got off with a few months or a plea deal of 2 years for drugs. The ones who drove through three states to get shit on by the decoy got in some cases decades because proving an interstate commerce charge is easy as pie and has minimums in the years, not months. You also get far less good behaviour in prison versus jail (15% versus 50% reduction of days, I believe).

Speaking of HvP, this guy reminds me of one of the more notable catches 👀

As will many lawyers. X client goes to Y lawyer and says "do Z." Z could be winnable. Z could be risky. Z could be impossible. But more importantly, did X's check clear?

I believe it was an alias he used on Blab specifically, it just sticks out to me; It might've been 'something' bear, as people would call him pedobear for the lolz.

Edit: His old Twitter was @internetbear, now suspended. That's where I remember it from.
