I am pretty certain it was Joey, that guy is on another level of bat shittery. And from the little i've seen, he's decently connected and that's exactly the move he would pull. Looks like ralph gets the blame and he gets what he wants.

Alice is now streaming and the Ethan Ralph story is completely different
