The funniest part of all this to me is the farcical idea that Corey was accepted at, could afford to attend, and managed to graduate from, Columbia University. It's one of the most exclusive and highly ranked schools in the world. It accepts fewer than 4% of applicants and costs $60k a year to attend. A Columbia education is a golden ticket, to land a job at a shady company like Path would be more than just a disappointment, it would be utter humiliation.

Does this look like Ivy League stuff to you?

Weird question but it's doing my head in, did the supposed lawyer use the word 'immanent' instead of 'imminent'? I can't think of how immanent would be used (and tbh I didn't know of the word before) but it'd be kinda lolzy if he didn't know how to spell the more common 'imminent' (which would make sense in the context it was used, too)

From my understanding, the timeline goes like this:

- In 2021, Path randomly stops providing DDoS mitigation for my network. Upstream later confirms they are specifically blocking me.
- User posts allegations Corey Barnhille (pedophile, child sex sadist) works for Path.
- User posted in Talk-to-Staff claiming he was being sued and asked for posts to be deleted. He was told no.
- March 2022, Path sends 'sealed court order' to UPSTREAM demanding removal of content on MY SITE.
- April 1st, Path declares war and tries to trick Upstream into illegally seizing my harddrives.

There are two options here.
1. Corey works for Path and they are fucking crooks just trying to censor the Internet.
2. Corey does not work for Path and they are simply the biggest retards on the planet.

If they actually have a court order to remove defamatory posts alleging that a pædosadist works for them, they could have contacted me directly instead of doing this run around.

The conversation could have went like this:
"We have a court order to remove defamation alleging a pædosadist works for us when we have parted ways. Here it is."
"My lawyer says this is real so I can remove the posts. Did you know that while this pædosadist worked for you he blocked our ASN on path?"
"No we did not, we can undo that."
" 👍 "
" 👍 "

This is generally how adults conduct business and communicate with one another.

Yeah this one stood out to me and I just assumed it was a misspelling of imminent, but if it's an actual word that explains how it got through: the writer was not corrected by the wiggly red line.

It's completely the wrong place for an immanent, subpoenas being "inherent and forthcoming" isn't redundant but it's wrong, whereas "imminent and forthcoming" is just redundant. If he was to suggest that the reasons for the subpoena were immanent from the facts laid out, that might be right, but it has nothing to do with the timeliness of subpoenas in any of its forms.

A couple points of clarification if you can provide them without jeopardizing anything: for the bolded points, do you have 100% confirmation that Path sent those communications?

I ask only because Corey likes to skinwalk all kinds of people, so it seems a reasonable line of inquiry given that we're currently exploring the event horizon of gayops known as The Barnzone.

Yeah, 'imminent and and forthcoming in upcoming days' (or whatever it was) is completely redundant (same thing but second more descriptive) , but makes more sense in context compared to immanent is what I meant.

I'm not so sure about that, @Ricomark did have actual screenshots from inside Path, as well as video showing "August Heart" sending a voice message with Corey's voice. They should still be accessible via the Wayback Machine (last time I checked, anyway), they just haven't been reuploaded to the thread yet.

Did anybody verify that he was lying with an e-mail to the Columbia University registrar? I'm like 99% sure it was bullshit, but still, we have no confirmation until then.
