The more I read the more I suspect they were just being autistic and don’t know how to talk problems out. Maybe daddy Null intimidated them. They just couldn’t talk to him one-on-one let alone have a zoom call in which case they may have to look him in the eye. But this sort of retardation is exactly what I would expect from a company headed by young autists.

They need to hire a woman*, that isn’t autistic and lacks a penis, to handle their communications with clients and the clients of clients. Ideally someone with at least a decade of tard wrangling experience and that can keep them on track. But then again, that means they have to interview a bunch of females and hire the most capable one, and not a young intern. That’s a tall task for autists.

*any male they hire will probably be autistic like themselves.

To add to this, I've heard BuyVM servers are recommended for torrenting and ignoring DMCAs. I've also heard that when you purchase a storage volume from them for ignoring DMCA purposes, they describe it as something like notpron until you give it a proper description.

They are good enough to be actively recommended, but that reason is more along the lines of "leave me the fuck alone" than "customer service is easy to work with". Allegedly they call billing Karen and I honestly can not tell if that's a name or a joke or serendipity.
