I just heard on one of Narci's recent YT streams that they don't think Kiwifarms is as bad as it used to be, and that they know someone from here got their discord banned. So, yeah, they must the checking the site out occasionally.

Here is the extensive list of all 8 accounts that had big enough of a unibrow to get banned - half of which are the same person. Generally speaking the only people worth banning are the ones who would evade it anyway so I am not sure why this list isn't empty but I have a strong feeling it involved being an intolerable faggot.

Discord doesn't know the difference between a Proxy and VPN. Billion dollar business.

Hey shout out to dust_bowl, that guy seemed really knowledgable and cool! :) :) :)

If he killed himself i would laugh

But then you'd run dry of soy milk and coconut tears - you love to hate this weird ensemble of the autistic rocky horror speedrun show.

What baffles me is how our protagonist consistently outperforms most of us in slack having never stepped foot in an office, doesn't even have a bank account to buy food with, and has the ability to tweet any combination of words while I get whacked with a week long ban for telling a company to go fuck themselves. Does wearing frilly clothes really endow this level of diplomatic immunity?

its ok, he will run out of money, how much left can he have, like 10k? then he will be back to be miserable

It is a low dose. You can buy it at any Vitamin Shoppe or Whole Foods: it's 5mg of Orotate not 300mg of Carbonate. Thanks to your shit-for-brains fear mongering logic the trans lgtbbq+yzxir- community has decided taking a piece of paper soaked in chinesium is somehow the safer option than an over the counter supplement used by millions of people world wide.

Fantastic work, Einstein. I look forward to your future contribut
that doesn't count as lithium if that's what he's taking

I think it's fairly obvious he is 100% on government support. Disability, welfare, foodstamps, housing aid, medicaid. His mom has openly admitted that the 3 of them were on government assistance and that was their only income for the time they lived together. In addition, we know Cosmo was on some form of government medical insurance a couple years ago because when he failed to fill out 1 simple form to renew it, it lapsed, and this is the excuse he gave for ordering black market hormone/tranny drugs. I do not believe for a minute he got some sort of huge windfall from crypto.

If he did, that just adds to what an abomination of a person he is, as his parents are still living in squalor due in very large part to being suffocated and held down by the $100k+ student loans that still exist from when they put him through art school in Chicago. According to his mom, his parents can't even afford a couch. All of the above context clues combined with the very plain / poor look of his new place in addition to the fact he doesn't have most of his stuff lead me to believe the crypto windfall thing is 100% bullshit. If he really spent $7-8K moving around in the past few months he would have absolutely had all of his stuff delivered to his new place.

Yeah, it does make you wonder. I mean, unless he gets some consistent income for rent, it will just be a repeat situation of him ending up having to move back out again.

he gonna stream it soon (in like 1 hour), is gonna be super boring but maybe he will realize how much of a bad idea it was and cry or something

against my legal jew advice to secure permissions prior but let's count our blessings that narcissa has not (yet) personally threatened jk rowling.

i have a strong feeling that it meets all the requirements for fair use per USA copyright law:
Ҥ107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include-

(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;

(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;

(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the above factors. (emphasis added)”

1) there is no profiteering involved, seeing as how narcissa lacks a bank account; as for the purpose - a truly noble endeavor - preventing world war 3.

2) harry potter is fairly old at this pont and has a considerable history of parodies and works of fanfiction which are openly sold on amazon.
additionally the inherent nature and political views of narcissa and jk rowling might qualify reading the book on live stream as some sort of parodical performance.

3) see below

4) and has zero impact on the sales of harry potter books.

the only potential problem is the reading unabridged, but it makes for an interesting debate. if you examine twitch's content it is essentially "live performances" of videogames which are by definition copyrighted works. if reading a book in your own voice, wid no profit motive, is a violation of copyright law then it should follow that streaming footage of yourself playing a videogame widout explicit permission from the publisher should also be an enforceable violation. law cannot have double standards for digital works vs literary works.

it also is curious to ask if a citizen being prevented from reading a book aloud on the internet because of DMCA is a violation of free speech and other fundamental legal rights.

No shit sherlock.
