Filling fraud bankruptcy form in my honest opinion is a bit too far. On one hand, some people here are trying to gain Phil's attention to give him advice what to do
Wait. This place is for HELPING DSP?! I must be in the wrong thread then...
but on the other there are some folks here that have some sick satisfaction to ruin this man's life.
I don't want to "ruin this man's life", but I do have a dream. A dream that Youtube will step in, remove the bot subs, and all the sock accounts surrounding his channel and then finally take away monetization. No more ad revenue and no more superchats would be a pretty big blow. If he likes tips so much, let him live out of tips only. Stuff like tax fraud or diminishing tips would then be a bonus.
He is his own greatest enemy and he made his life more challenging that it should be.
Yes. And in his case, he deserves no pity or sympathy for it.
Giving tips to IRS that he does some minor fraudelent moves is wacky.
"Giving tips to the cops that he does some minor criminal moves is wacky" lmao but what if what he's doing IS bad? Ever thought of that one before? Ever thought that maybe the man who scams retards into giving him 2000 dhallers to reveal a cat that most people already knew was there is maybe not such a nice and ahnest guy? If he is indeed breaking the law and commiting tax fraud, which I believe he is, then he should pay for it.
We are not talking about shady persona
Yes we are.
involved in money laundering
Maybe not. But I do believe he claims at least some of the tips as income from youtube which is pretty close.
nor scamming hundreds of people
It's still tens of people, which is not an excuse. Phil preys on the mentally and emotionally challenged or on kids who don't know any better. He either plays the sympathy card "oh hewp me pwease I am so poor and have a hard time and it's you guys donating that keeps me going. I am so grateful I can be an entertainer and I appreciate you." or to others he simply offers them this feeling of being VIPs. He was once talking about humiliating people to make an example for others to fall in line.
Yes we are. He made crazy amounts of money from his begging. Maybe not millions, but over the years, it's still very high.
We are talking about a 40 year old man, that begs for 20$ each evening to pay his mobile app subscription.
He begs for 15 times that amount. 300$ daily! That IS a lot. The sad part is he usually gets it, which he shouldn't.
Phil made his financial situation public, which is stupid.
Not really. Phil tried to lie and hide his TRUE financial situation multiple times.
Nevertheless selling him to IRS which may lead to end his internet career will backfire to this whole section on this board.
How so? Ending DSP's online career is a good thing. Please tell me how that would be bad in any way, if you can. Let him work at Burger King like a matchoor ahdult instead. Maybe he'll get to show those fuckheads how a real cheeseburger is put together. That's not ending his life. Ain't no shame in working an honest day's work.
As long as Phil is active and make dumb moves we all here have a reason to laugh our asses off, but once IRS will investigate deeply his current financial situation this will be the end.
This is the same stupid mentality as the people who tip him to "own DSP" or "roast him".
Do as you wish, but if one of you motherfuckers will tip IRS I will fucking do nothing at all.
Ok, I will.
