I'm 6'2" and he came up to the top of my stomach. I would personally say he's about 5'6 tops without that gay cowboy hat he had on. There's no doubt that he's atleast 300lbs. He has very tiny legs the upper part of his body is massive. I would assume his shirt is 3x.

5'2 is confirmed at this point, excluding the height of bowling shoe heels, which are relatively flat but do add a bit. He probably wears lifts in his regular shoes if he was the same size as Destiny during the debate and didn't put them in his bowling shoes for fear of hurting himself or because it wouldn't have fit.

Leaving aside this is a killstream event, what kind of person willingly sits there and listens to the pig scream into a microphone like that? If I couldn’t leave I’d either kill him or myself.
Some people change their behavior for the better when they see video of themselves acting badly, because they don’t realize how they appear to others at the time, and feel shame when confronted with the evidence. Ralph doesn’t have that, at all. It’s amazing.
