Yeah. Shit like this happens all the time with shipping companies.
It's not just a US thing, also happens in western Europe.
I ordered something more valuable, it was delivered by DHL but bounced on the receiving end.

As I wanted to redirect shipping / take advantage of the option of picking it up at the center in person I was told it was already ""destroyed"". We are talking 2-3 hours after it bounced.
No refunds, nothing, was basically told to go fuck myself and lawyer up if I want anything.

This has been the most unlucky run I've seen and it's given Null a lot of headaches. And if I have the facts right, the fault lies on everyone except him. Fuck why is it so hard to just make something as a fun idea and just sell it to weirdos who also think it's fun?

From niggers stealing mail to the very head of the coin fucking his mother, this has been a clusterfuck and I'm very eager to try to be a little paypig in the future because this entire thing has been pretty unfair for Null.

As a friendly reminder I am absolutely desperate for a competent 3PL that doesn't require 1000+ orders a month. Preferably with WooCommerce integration.
This is a shot in the dark but why don't you email any of the guys that do limited run patches? There's quite a few guys out there who like Skinwalker on /k/ who do this type of thing. You can find a repository of these type of small shops online.

The ebay listing people keep posting has never sold at that price. Check the history. They sold 12 for much cheaper then raised it now people think there's scalpers. No idea why people on this site are so fucking lazy at doing due diligence.
Agreed. I have family who have bought/sold on eBay for decades and buyers have gotten more stupid since ~2010-ish (once Amazon became supreme). Internet marketplaces have nuance which Amazon has eroded imo...

No realistic way to do so. The value is too low and a lawsuit would cost more than you'd get from them. Plus I imagine they refunded Null the money for the missing coins.

I wonder if they're Chinese.
i dunno about their ethnicity (that message sent was strangely worded) but it sounds like all the problems with this shit have been thanks to mutts

It made money.

They've emailed me offering me 'credit' for the missing inventory, which is a surprise. I'm going to ask for cash because there's not a chance in hell I am going to be using them again.
Remember that every US state has a State Attorney General office that is responsible for over seeing the corporations working in their jurisdiction. If they get shitty about refunding your money, tell them that you'll file a complaint with the State AG to ask the State AG to look into their business practices. You'd be amazed at how quickly companies would rather kiss your ass than risk a run in with the State AG (since State AGs are the ones that pursue fraud charges).

AND: Tell them you're filing with both the state where they're operating and the state where they're incorporated (since ware houses are often not co-located with corporate HQs.)

If they still have the ... molds? Not sure the right term -- but if they still have the capability of making the silly things, perhaps they could just print you a quick 88 of them? Then just have them shipped straight to you or someone you trust in the states to do shipping.
