Personally it's not the weight that's the most surprising, it's the fact that a 35 year old woman has the face of a woman 30 years her senior. The fat distribution on her face is really unfortunate, and the double chin to complement her square chin is not a good look

To go back to what I said two comments ago, I actually looked through the requirements and I find it odd they need you to already be at 1K subs across all relevant platforms. I guess that is small enough to potentially ensure loyalty when they try to groom you to be the next big thing.

I can't lie, everything I know about youtube content creation though basically says when you reach that first 1K, it gets far easier to keep steamrolling to bigger numbers. Even if you're niche. I also find it bizarre that the cap is 300K followers. If you've amassed anywhere close to 300K, you're already selfsustaining and wouldn't even need a bigger company to shill you at that point.

Not to mention I feel like that RT talent contract is just a carrot for them to dangle in front of you tbh. Hopefully they pay the plane ticket to Austin since lodging is free though.

It baffles me that Burnie was the only one to see the writing on the wall. He really picked the perfect time to take his money and dip.
Or maybe those remaining really do believe they can turn it around if they just hire enough Micas.

They're desperate and know that the writing is on the wall, the people with talent will be fine and be able to find other work but people like Lindsey, Ky hell even Micheal are fucked.
