You should have a LIVE KILLSTREAM EVENT at least once a month after this thrifty giant value success. With all the money you made you should make more merch and pay to fly more high profile guests out for more hot ass take debates to really sizzle the mood right off the bat
You bring up an interesting point. There was something like 50-60 people there. ROTC gave away a bunch of tickets from what I saw here (wasn't it basically that you just had to email them your contact info, Ralph would OK it and then you had a ticket?), not sure about Dax, probably not, but there was that weird fat kid that gave away something like 6 tickets on a stream.
On top of that Ralph seems to have promised to pay for his guests travel expenses and accommodations, no? Even Corinne was demanding that he would pay for hers, so I'm going to guess that that is how he convinced Destiny to be there.
Pat Dixon, during his "set", talked about how long he was supposed to perform, in a way that made it sound like he was getting paid to perform there.
If we are generous and say that every single one of those 60 people paid for a ticket that would be 3.9k.
Then he had to pay for flights, hotels, ubers and whatever else for these people, not to mention the venue getting a cut or getting paid for closing on a Saturday night, there is no way in hell Ralph didn't lose a bunch of money on this.
Someone even said that the gas for his 21hour drive would be about 500$ (one way) I think, so again, no way he didn't lose money on a weekend where he:
- He got an elbow to the face
- He looked like an insane person
- Dax clearly show how he is distancing himself from him
- He looked like a massive coward by cancelling on YAH for fear of superchats
- He looked like a lunatic going to the Blaze's office and whining about them not letting him come in (although I wish they would have said yes to see Ralph's reaction)
- He made an enemy of Elijah Schaffer (who is now going on Rekieta's stream solely so he can talk shit about Ralph for 2+ hours)
- YAH made fun of him for the entire episode without mentioning his name or giving him any of the attention he craves
- A number of the attendants to his event were either there to make fun of him and capture embarrassing footage or just went to meet someone other than him
- He might have been caught on film stomping someone on the head while other people restrained the person (I'm sure Vickers will send the footage to the DA as soon as it's released)
- He managed to get Metokur to be interested in him again and tweet about him
Probably more if Jesse is telling the truth. I guess we'll see. A question for people who follow Jesse though, did Jesse's brother actually died? The way he talked about it on stream made it seem like one of his weird jokes, like the video crying about 311 or some shit. I don't really follow him so I have no idea if he's telling the truth but when he starts saying that he and his brother switched places on the show and no one noticed it makes me believe he's making a joke.
One question for the guy who elbowed Ralph to the face, did you buy your ticket ahead of time or did you just show up?
The physical faders and level meters are a hundred times more convenient than fucking around with a mouse on a small laptop, especially when you're coked up and worried about how short you look and paranoid about who the a-logs in the audience are and holding three microphones in one hand because you were too busy dancing in Glenn Beck's parking lot to set everything up properly.
Sure but there are other options that aren't as big as that? Especially if he doesn't use any of the functionality that drives up the price and makes the product much bulkier.
