TTRPG campaigns take a lot of prep and work, you all are being far too optimistic in thinking this campaign will actually happen and he won't just get depressed and lose interest once he realizes how much effort it takes to get going

It's cringe because it's chibi but if I heard that in game I probably wouldn't think twice. Sounds very cliche. I can still hear the cheeb behind all the distortion though.

Ye, atleast its not total shit. Of all chibis little projects and ideas this is probably the one he could atleast do SOMETHING SOMEWHAT decent with.

Sounds about right for Cheebs. Low effort, not very well done but he thinks it's golden.
I don't wanna be negative cause it doesn't sound really bad, but just using voice filters is not really that impressive for voice acting, everyone can sound "creepy and mysterious" with effects like those. It's different than when an actual VO can go from his regular Joe next-door-neighbour average voice to a deep ass monster from hell.
Don't wanna be too hard on him because hey, at least its something and its not embarrasing, but if he is gonna pursue voice acting he is gonna need to practice more and get real range that doesn't rely on smoke and mirrors.

Considering the average retardation the average DND party gets into for shits and giggles, seeing the *actual* retardation of the Chibarty would be kind of sad, honestly. I can imagine them just killing every NPC because "LOL MURDER HOBO LOL" or trying to fuck every NPC. Or both. DND brings out all the poorly hidden fetishes.

Chibi grips his d20, sweat dripping from him like an evil pig in a video game. It slips from his grasp and falls under the couch.
The table watches with disappointment, knowing what's to come next. He goes prone and reaches for the errant die. "I like that roll!" he yells just a little too loudly.
He fishes it out, the die now covered in dust and cat hair. "A 20! A natural 20!"
The party fighter, Malleo, disagreed. "Something didn't seem right about that. I am accusing you of cheating."
A moment passed in silence. "I have a confession to make. I lied about that 20 just now. I rolled a 20 last night while rehearsing this moment. I was so excited that I got the one, that I didn't want to screw the second one up. It was wrong, and I've purposely sabotaged this entire campaign. I'm sorry to those of you that I've disappointed."

But it was too late. Chibi had already packed up his dice, paper, and 100% handmade Organization XIII coat, and left.

Nah he couldn't be a voice actor. You can hear the aspergers in his voice. Also being a good VA (and also streamer) requires charisma which is Chibi's dump stat.

Somewhere amidst the dreams of e-wenches and adoration across the realms, Autist Knight Cheebler could hear his own voice crying out:
“Tis not all eve long!” he demanded
“Tis the weekend!” he affirmed
He awoke just in time to see the hag attempting to cast sleep again. “Yer linens be gettin yellow, my dearie” she cackled. “Lord White made me promise I’d make thee slumber before the high moon”
As the hag rolled a lowly 8, our brave knight saw an opening. “I HAVE A LIFE TO LIVE!” he bellowed, as he smote the hag with his Keyblades of Flaming Tism.
“Now she can be rathitht on her own” he muttered smugly as he struck her name from his Facebook scroll.

It's not just lack of charisma, it's lack of range. You can get away with have a limited range if you're good at it. Look at Patrick Warburton. He's got one voice. It's immediately obvious when he's doing a voice for a cartoon or video game. But he's great at what he does because his voice is awesome. Meanwhile others like DSP's favorite voice actor Troy Baker has an amazing range.
Cheebs needs to use a voice synthesizer to sound ominous. And as you said you can still hear the autism in his voice. That's very hard to get rid of. But in a week or so he'll be off that and have moved onto other things.
