Finasteride is not prescribable in NHS primary care for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in men. It's prescribed by a doctor but has to be ordered privately. It's only available as an NHS prescription if it's being used to treat prostate enlargement.

NHS is super cagey when it comes to using medications off label. Spironolactone's intended use is for high blood pressure but US doctors often prescribe it for severe acne (troons also use it to lower testosterone). UK doctors will NOT prescribe it for acne even though it has been shown to be an effective treatment.
Often I will be browsing womens health subs and users will mention what they have been prescribed and a lot of those options are just not available to UK patients for the same ailments even though the medicine is available. Contrary to Ollys NHS worldview women dont get everything they desire even though it could actually boost their quality of life. Furthermore, to hear him crusade for trans "healthcare" and then throw up a tweet saying "haha dysphoria who, i feel happy

Olly says he’s afraid to go to a spa in London because it “wouldn’t be safe.” Olly says Brian the stylist is the highest paid person on the set of PT. Which prob speaks more to how underpaid they all are.

He talks about how casting directors might say he’s “too tall” for a given role. Lol. Sure, too tall. He says he auditions for cis and trans roles. He auditioned recently for a trans “sex worker” and he says he opted to play it “very high status, very glamorous” because that’s what spoke to him about the character. What a shock. At 53:40 he puts on a male voice with his put-on female voice, it’s pretty funny.
At 58:05 the host asks what has been your single best investment? Olly says “can I say my transition?” So it’s nice that he’s open about his grifting.
