Maybe I’m used to pauper socialise healthcare, but isn’t it normal to only see your surgeon once for a consult and then again for the operation? Pre-op health checks are usually just with a nurse. Did she expect to be able to send tiktoks to the surgeon at 3am when drunk and in need of asspats, or something? They’re surgeons, not new best friends (or counsellers or parents). I remember being a teen getting horrified by goatse, that jar breaking in that guys ass, seeing people dying, people being mutilated, etc. and slowly over time got desensitized by it. After 30 years of seeing disgusting shit, I could pretty much see anything and not flinch. These freaks are more horrifying than anything. Many of the SRS surgeons always seem to tuck and connect the "scrotum" in this weird way. You'd think they'd connect it together more smoothly. I've seen maybe 1 decent looking neoscrotum and my bar is really really low.
