This site is a gossip forum and half the other threads are full of arguments on here. They'll do anything except actually help her. I actually kind of feel sorry for her. She clearly has mental problems that are causing her to not only act like a scumbag to others but also destroy her own health.

She's an adult, but her parents still have leverage over her because she's dependent on them for income. If they actually cared about getting her life back on track they would make her allowance conditional on fixing herself.

She needs to bathe, brush her teeth, wear clean clothes, and clean her room. She needs to go to a doctor about her fungus and a dentist about her rotting teeth. She needs therapy to stop the harmful behaviors. She needs to pay her fines. She needs to delete everything off the internet. Eventually she needs to get a job so she's not just taking an allowance from them.

She can worry about going back to school after she's proven she has her life in order. Her parents can afford this, and by not pushing her into getting care they're failing her. But they seem to have their own issues, so maybe the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
