Should Gentiles be Circumcised if they are to join the Christian faith? - (Jewish people need not respond)

Saint Paul supposedly abolished the practice in an 'Apostolistic Decree'. But I don't
know where I can read this decree or anywhere Paul actually says that it is unnecessary
for Gentiles to become Jews so that they may become Christian.

Currently, I agree with Paul (if he actually did say say those things and believe in what is
claimed).

Also read the whole of Paul's letter to the Galatians - here's a little snippet:

Galatians 2:15-16 NRSV said:
We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we know that a person is justified not by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ. And we have come to believe in Christ Jesus, so that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by doing the works of the law, because no one will be justified by the works of the law.
Galatians 3:1-5 NRSV said:
You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? It was before your eyes that Jesus Christ was publicly exhibited as crucified! The only thing I want to learn from you is this: Did you receive the Spirit by doing the works of the law or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? Having started with...
See Corinthians where Paul talks of the inward and outward circumcision, the inward is of the spirit, the outward is a physical circumcision, which is inferior, like 1 Corinthians 7:19 'Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing: but the observance of the commandments of God,' Douay-Rheims (Challoner).

The Christian position on circumcision was prophesied by Jeremiah. It's not just Pauline. The entire apostolic church was united in their perspective, and from near the earliest.

Jeremiah 9:25-26: “Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord, “that I will punish all who are circumcised and yet uncircumcised— Egypt and Judah, and Edom and the sons of Ammon, and Moab and all those inhabiting the desert who clip the hair on their temples; for all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Israel are uncircumcised of heart.”

Paul echoes these sentiments in the end of Romans 2. He couples the label of "Jew" to those of the circumcision of the heart. John, in his Apocalypse, records Jesus expanding on Paul's conceptual understanding here, speaking of people who claim to be Jews and are not, but do lie: the Synagogue of Satan (2:9, 3:9). Hm, I wonder who this could be?

Peter affirms the lack of requirement for circumcision in Acts 15.

Circumcision's lack of value is all through Paul's work. Plainest, he declares in Titus 1:10-11: For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

Who was he talking about here? Maybe that "Synagogue of Satan" who claim to be Jews?

Thank you. I was reading The Book of Romans during lunch, and I did not understand what he had meant by an Uncircumcision

It's an outdated practice, the dick should only be cut if they choose to do it for the extra commitment of faith. Freedom of choice and to show your devotion.

The only thing I want to learn from you is this: Did you receive the Spirit by doing the works of the law or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish? Having started with the Spirit, are you now ending with the flesh? Did you experience so much for nothing?—if it really was for nothing. Well then, does God supply you with the Spirit and work miracles among you by your doing the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?
Galatians 3:10-12 NRSV said:
For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not observe and obey all the things written in the book of the law.” Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law; for “The one who is righteous will live by faith.” But the law does not rest on faith; on the contrary, “Whoever does the works of the law will live by them.”
Galatians 3:28 NRSV said:
There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
Galatians 5 7-12 NRSV said:
You were running well; who prevented you from obeying the truth? Such persuasion does not come from the one who calls you. A little yeast leavens the whole batch of dough. I am confident about you in the Lord that you will not think otherwise. But whoever it is that is confusing you will pay the penalty. But my friends, why am I still being persecuted if I am still preaching circumcision? In that case the offense of the cross has been removed. I wish those who unsettle you would castrate themselves!

I thought jewish people were the ones that were supposed to get the circumcision. I think god cares more that you follow the commandments and be a good person, not what is going on with your penis.

I thought Paul made it pretty clear that it does not matter.

Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing. Galatians 5:2

For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. Galatians 5:6
