So, looks like the Kiwi Farms speculation was dead on then. It was pretty obvious there was some effect he had from how quickly the riots had died down after the shootings. Are you saying the overall effects have been nationwide, too?
After Kyle did his thing, TPTB locked down the city least you get "copy cats". Now that I think about it, I bet that got a few people thinking "huh why didnt that happen sooner and why does it seem like they were protecting the protestors"

Jesus...this is Jay Holler. The man who's been broken and radicalized and will stop Elon Musk at all costs.
Found this pic on his bandcamp page (www.bandcamp.com/jayholler). It never ceases to amaze me how mentally ill and how damaged the genes are for all these people.

He's wearing a BART beanie? I mean, BART is a discount IRT/BMT that debuted with computers already obsolete by the time it opened. Say what you will about the NYC Subway and its antiquated tech but it runs well, and runs all night, the only subway in the world that does.

Even Mexico City does the subway better than SF/Bay Area. That should tell you all you need to know about SF, and this doofus as well.

I doubt you have any insight, but why would the media/DA expend political capital going after kyle, when a public trail would by its very nature unwind the narative. wouldnt it have been best to push a stern but workable plea deal?
Because they like having hatchetmen. If the brownshirts realize en masse that someone at one of their little parties might be willing to give them what they deserve, they might stay home. That and they don’t see the people that oppose them as human, so any lie becomes justified.

Highlights seem to really bring the /pol/ hours.

Former President Barack Obama tweeted support for President Biden Tuesday evening shortly after an embarrassing video emerged from a health care event the two hosted earlier in the day.

Obama visited the White House, for the first time since leaving office in 2017, where he and Biden hosted a health care event in which they touted the Affordable Care Act and discussed options for making health care more affordable.

The former presidential duo was united again under the White House roof, but pictures and videos of the event showed people adoring the former president, even to the detriment of the man currently serving in the White House.

A particular video from the evening, which is being widely shared online, shows a somewhat embarrassed Biden seemingly wandering around the room alone while Obama is crowded with people eager to speak with him.

"Literally no one wants to talk to Joe Biden," the Republican National Committee said on Twitter, sharing a 13-second clip from the event.

"This is so sad," the RNC added, with another 25-second video similarly showing people walking up to speak with Obama and shake his hands while skipping Biden.

During the event, immediately before the RNC video, Biden is in the group with Obama, Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Amy Klobuchar, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and others before he leaves and appears to be searching for someone in the room.

After a brief moment, Biden then stops, turns back to gauge how busy Obama is, and then turns and gestures to Interior Secretary Deb Haaland to join him on the stage. She does, and the two then walk back to Obama, who appears to say he will walk over to them later. Biden and Haaland return to her seats and greet other guests.

Shortly after the video began making its rounds online, the former president praised Biden in a tweet.

"Always great catching up with @POTUS. Thanks for all you’re doing to help even more Americans get access to quality, affordable health care," Obama tweeted.

The event was undoubtedly scheduled with the former president to be a much-needed win for Biden, who faces scrutiny for record-high inflation, soaring gas prices, and blame for not doing more to end the war in Ukraine that has lasted over 40 days.

What a cuck move by Rudy, should have stayed in since its New York and affairs are expected.
To be fair, he did receive a diagnosis of prostate cancer, and withdrew shortly after that. Even amidst the poor polling, affair revelations, and mayoral duties that prevented him from campaigning as much as Clinton was able to, the cancer diagnosis was the guaranteed knockout punch.

I actually do have insight here. You see, what Rittenhouse -did- was accidentally destroy the golem. Antifa and BLM had been running on an illusion of immortality. The sincere belief that no matter what they did, there would be no consequences. This belief was not only nurtured... but required. Without it, the golem could not March. Fear would keep the foot soldiers at home.

So when Rittenhouse shot three of them it shattered that illusion and set off a panic. The golem time was coming to an end but the Democrats needed to retire it not bring it behind the shed.

To understand their next actions one must understand the nature of the Democrat's Golem. This golem goes by many names, but in short it is the unwashed masses the Democrats herd and group unleashed every 4 to 8 years in order to install fear. The golem inevitably runs wild, but that is why it has many names. When it crosses the line the name is retired, a handful if wrist slaps are given, then everyone involved in it switches to the next name and they wash any bad publicity from the last name off.

The only thing needed to keep it going is willing, blood hungry men. Men who now feared.

So, the Democrats were left with one option. The golem was too vital to alliw the fear to continue. They -had- to throw the book at Rittenhouse. Every dirty tactic would be allowed, every misstep ignored as far as they could, and the press would go nuts running water for it.
So what you're saying is that if we survive all this shit for the next couple years and get someone sane in, we should build a statue or two of the Kenosha Kid. Maybe install them at some of the sites where the left got confederate statues torn down lol

Wonder what golem the Biden crew will try to use for 2024 and why do I feel like it'll be spawned from the millions of people from broken shithole countries pouring across the border unimpeded?

The Livestreams were, well live. The complete stitched-together videos were out that night and the next day. As much as the media might have tried to massage the story, they couldn't erase or deflect the core point; three Antifa/BLM rioters got shot (two dead) in the street by an anti-rioter.

While most of the NPCs felt confident enough to do some street brawling, secure in their anonymous mobs and Soros-DA cover, the number willing to risk getting heart or bicep blasted on Livestream is practically non-existent. With the core of the golem being connected online, it was impossible to keep this information under wraps, and the resulting Kyle memes were just salt in the wound to make it all the more scarring. Without this sense of invincibility, it was a lot harder to whip up the mobs, as potent meme-reminders of the event could easily demoralize the online actors.

The attempts to convict Kyle were intended to salvage some kind of ground, to say 'sure you'll get killed but we will imprison the dude' to the golem, and hopefully deter future victims from fighting back. Fortunately for Kyle, he had everything on video and his trial ended up backfiring spectacularly for Antifa/BLM. It put even more of a spotlight on the devastation caused by riots, damaging the media narrative of 'peaceful but firery' and increased the demoralization effects for the golem. Not only will they maybe get shot, but they will be remembered as a joke, a pedophile, or a scumbag while the 'evil right wing CHUD' waltzes into a media personality career.

After Kyle did his thing, TPTB locked down the city least you get "copy cats". Now that I think about it, I bet that got a few people thinking "huh why didnt that happen sooner and why does it seem like they were protecting the protestors"

It was as illustrative to normies and the 'Right wing' as it was to BLM/ANTIFA. You will not convince me that the events of that night were not pivotal to that year or this decade.

Maybe a sign of things to come, Republican Samantha Kerkman becomes the first Republican Kenosha County executive. Also Maria Lazar won election on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, beating a liberal incumbent.
Mike and Jay better watch out, she might pull some strings to get them locked up after what they said about her brother Rem.

A day late, but I just saw this and wasn't near my computer most of the day yesterday

White House to extend student loan pause through August

The Biden administration plans to freeze federal student loan payments through Aug. 31, extending a moratorium that has allowed millions of Americans to postpone payments during the coronavirus pandemic, according to an administration official familiar with the White House's decision-making.

Student loan payments were scheduled to resume May 1 after being halted since early in the pandemic. But following calls from Democrats in Congress, the White House plans to give borrowers additional time to prepare for payments.

The action applies to more than 43 million Americans who owe a combined $1.6 trillion in student debt held by the federal government, according to the latest data from the Education Department. That includes more than 7 million borrowers who have defaulted on student loans, meaning they are at least 270 days late on payments.

Borrowers will not be asked to make payments until after Aug. 31, and interest rates are expected to remain at 0% during that period.

The extension was first reported Tuesday by Bloomberg.

Democrats on education panels in the House and Senate recently urged President Joe Biden to extend the moratorium through the end of the year, citing continued economic upheaval.

Sen. Patty Murray said more time is needed to help Americans prepare for repayment and to rethink the government’s existing system for repaying student debt.

“It is ruining lives and holding people back,” she said in a statement last month. “Borrowers are struggling with rising costs, struggling to get their feet back under them after public health and economic crises, and struggling with a broken student loan system - and all this is felt especially hard by borrowers of color.”

Murray called on the Biden administration to lift all borrowers out of default to provide a “fresh start” following the pandemic.

The decision is being made amid rising concern that large numbers of Americans would quickly fall behind if payments restarted in May.

In March, the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank warned that resuming loan payments could place a heavy burden on borrowers who faced financial hardship during the pandemic. It said the impact would be hardest on Black families, who are more likely to rely on student loans to pay for college.

“Serious delinquency rates for student debt could snap back from historic lows to their previous highs in which 10% or more of the debt was past due,” the bank said.

The Trump administration initially gave Americans the option to suspend loan payments in March 2020, and Congress made it automatic soon after. The pause was extended twice by the Trump administration and twice more under Biden.

It remains in question whether Biden will pursue widespread debt forgiveness to reduce the nation’s student debt. Some Democrats in Congress have pressed Biden to use executive action to cancel $50,000 for all student loan borrowers, saying it would jumpstart the economy and help Black Americans who on average face higher levels of student debt.

Last year, Biden asked the Education and Justice departments to review the legality of widespread debt cancellation, but no decision has been announced. Biden previously said he supports canceling up to $10,000, but he argued it should be done through congressional action.

So instead of letting it lapse in time for the pain to be partially numbed, they want the wound as fresh as possible in time for the mid-terms? Did someone from /pol go in deep under cover to sabotage the administration? They can't possibly be just this incompetent, the odds just don't seem to add up.

If they were completely dysfunctional and stupid they should make a good choice every here and there just by accident, but instead it's as if they keep making the worst decisions on purpose.

They'll push it off until midterms with the threat that the GOP will take it away.

You know that they're just going to freeze them again. This is never going to end until they absolutely need the money to continue financing Obamacare

On a personal level, as long as they don't start having interest accrue, I'm fine with it. they longer they delay, the more worthless my loans become. Still never voting for Brandon though.

How much of a fucking urbanite bugman do you need to wear a beanie stanning for your fucking transit system?
Seattle's almost as bad as San Francisco but I have never seen someone actually wearing KC Metro or SoundTransit merch.

Despite this just being an election ploy for midterms, that particular debt might as well be voided. It's never getting paid back and it remaining on the books simply causes issues for everyone who was tricked into a 4 year degree.

I hope republicans don't shoot themselves in the foot by fighting this come midterms and insisting people have to pay back loans to the same goverment that has purposefully fucked the economy over the last 3, 14, 22, 32, 55 years to the detriment of the plebs.

If you were paying attention to the riots at the time they stopped real quick after Kyle put those two goons in the ground, and crippled the third. The Dems weren't ready to shelve BLM and antifa just yet, so I imagine they were a little angry that their paper tiger not only crumbled, but crumbled because a naive teenager wanted to help his community.
