Another week, another million dollar porn defamation case. Seriously, the fuck is going on over there that has started this spate of actually suing recently? In this case male pornstar Prince Yashua is suing scumbag porn agent Riley Reynolds, his agency Hussie Models and Does 1-10. He's claiming that
a)they lied about him failing a STD test
b)that they lied and claimed that he attempted to pass off a fake negative test after failing
c)claiming that he'd been banned from one of the main talent testing services (apprently this one actually eventually happened because of the alleged BS).
Aside from the defamation he's also claiming for intentional interference with prospective ecnoomic advantage, ie that they're doing this deliberately to fuck with his job opportunities), which is actually a fairly resonable argument. Other dudes who have legit failed tests/tried to pass off fake tests have been run out of the indurstry, and in one case even arrested, and sued by the performer he gave the clap to.
On the downside this case is being filed at the same court as the other cases I've talked about recently, which means my ability to get documents going forward will likely be hampered by the fact the California court system website is utter, utter shite and will not work for me. On the plus side I found somewhere that posted the complaint in this particular case, although they did attempt to redact Yashua's real name, probably because they don't want anyone to know tha big badass black pornstar Prince Yashua is actually named Frank Robinson of all things.

I recognise Hussie Models purely from that documentary and their sequels about the industry and getting starlets in called "Hot Girls Wanted". Dude who runs it look looks...well...like this.
At the time of filming that doc, his agency was basically him living in a house in Florida with all of the girls he represented at the time (5+ women iirc, this was around the time the Belle Knox, the Duke University pornstar was a big thing), sometimes he would fuck them on camera, most of the time rent them out. They did a follow up after the agency grew bigger, and he had a good amount of money and they interviewed his parents. Don't recall what his mother said, but his father was so embarrassed that he refused to show his face on the documentary and just kept going on about how he would stop this foolishness and find a job that didn't debase him and his name, even if it didn't pay as much.
It's interesting that this guy immediately tries to lift/pierce the corporate veil and say that the model agency and Riley are one and the same. IDK US law but if this guy still runs the system as he did when he was starring in that documentary, and basically has all his talent living in a big house with him (male and female) and basically doing a lot of things by himself (filming, fucking etc), would be interested to see how that works.
The allegations he's suing for would explain why this guy disappeared. Used to be one of the premium "black bbc talents" iirc, then he just vanished.

Had a quick look and noticed that he has an article from last year saying that the agency is no longer registered in California. IDK how that's going to play out in a Californian jurisdiction, unless he did manage to re-register it. But yeah, the guy looked super sketchy way back in that documentary I mentioned. You are going to Florida to live in a house with other broken girls and your weird looking manager.
In the sequel series they had one episode with a female talent agent, and she had them rented out in their own separate individual apartments, where she would check up on them from time to time and try and persuade them not to go down the extreme hardcore path quick, otherwise they will get ran through and tossed by the industry. Unsurprisingly, one of them did that, as well as getting hooked on alcohol and drugs. It's sketchy, but this guy, more than anything just seems creepy and sketchy.

I haven't looked super deep into it but my understanding is it's no longer registered as a talent agency in California (which has all sorts of interesting implications given he's supposedly still had talent working out there) but the company is still registered in California for other purposes. Normally that's something that'd be easy to check with a quick search of the relevant government site except wouldn't you fucking know it:
