The Kim’s I’ve known think car insurance is an outrageous luxury because “you don’t need that if you don’t get caught” and spend the money on what you mentioned or just drugs for the worst of them.

That van is a heap and she’s either going to hit someone else or someone’s going to hit her at some point, then she’ll be surprised pikachu when her license gets taken and a block put on it.

But that also doesn’t stop the Kim’s, because you don’t need a license if you don’t get caught.
